Cette villa est située sur une voie de plage privée, dans un domaine privé appelé Kailua Gardens.

La meilleure partie est que vous venez de descendre une voie de plage privée et en moins de 2 minutes, vous seriez à Kailua Beach qui est la plus belle plage du pays! C'est génial pour les enfants. L'eau est calme puisqu'il y a un récif de corail à 1/2 mille du rivage, où les vagues se brisent. Vous pouvez faire de la plongée, nager, faire du kayak, ou simplement marcher sur la plage pendant des heures. Vous pouvez également regarder le soleil se lever le matin sur l'océan et la lune se lever le soir. C'est vraiment à couper le souffle!

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Just across the street from Kailua beach and a short walk from a beautiful hike to the pillboxes overlooking Lanakai. We couldn't have hoped for a better location! The condo was comfortable - the sheets were soft and there were was plenty of sitting areas in the family room.The lanai provided a nice additional space to sit outside. The garage had everything we needed for spending time at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc and was just so nice to be able to grab what we needed to walk a couple of minutes to a gorgeous beach. Zak was very responsive to our requests and we felt right at home. We can't wait to return!

Parking tight, mobility tough for handicapped, second bathroom outside, downstairs. Unit could use some TLC. Nice, comfortable furniture & beds. TV on Roku, remote gave us problems, freezer didn’t make ice cubes.

Wohnung mit wenig Privatsphäre
Das Haus hat eine Top Lage am Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, Check-In war super. Wir waren zwei Stunden zu früh da und konnten trotzdem schon in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung selbst hat nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Das Foto in der Annonce impliziert, dass es eine Terrasse gibt, die zur Wohnung gehört. Tatsächlich ist das mehr ein Durchgang, denn die Nachbarinnen mussten über diese Terrasse gehen, um zu ihrer eigenen Wohnung zu gelangen. Dies war auf unserer langen Reise die einzige Unterkunft, in der wir keinen privaten Bereich im Freien hatten. Noch mehr hat uns allerdings gestört, dass unser zweites Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss lag, was nirgends in der Beschreibung zu finden war. Es ist nur über eine Treppe im Freien erreichbar und theoretisch für alle Gäste des Hauses frei zugänglich. Wenn wir in dieses Badezimmer wollten, mussten wir an den Gästen beim Pool vorbei, kein angenehmer Zustand. Das Badezimmer in der Wohnung selbst war für vier Erwachsene zu klein. Außerdem befanden sich im Kühlschrank Lebensmittel von Gästen vor uns. Im Prinzip ist das okay, aber es handelte sich um bereits geöffnete Butter und eingetrockneten Käse. Die vielen Flaschen mit diversen Saucen haben wir nicht näher inspiziert. Alles in allem okay. Das Foto

Amazing rental
We stayed here for 5 days and it was incredible. The house was just as described and was within walking distance of a beautiful, quiet beach as well as several places to eat. The property owners were lovely, the pool was a perfect place to unwind, and the fridge/pantry even had some things for us to use (e.g., seasonings). When we come back (the trip was that incredible), we will absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Location
Beautiful beach a stones throw away and just a short walk to Buzz's Streakhouse which I highly recommend. Lanikia beach is just a 10 min walk up the road. The garden around the pool was amazing and the homeowners were extremely nice and responsive if we needed anything. No street noise, the only thing you hear are the birds singing.

We loved being able to walk across the street to Kailua Beach or walk to Island Snow for shave ice. It was a safe area and the owners were great. They have some fins to borrow for snorkeling, beach chairs, and coolers to use which was so nice.

We were visiting Oahu for 2 family weddings and found this wonderful oasis. The owners couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive to our needs. The location is excellent, right across the street from Kailua Beach Park. If you have plans to stay on the Windward side of Oahu, we highly recommend this property.

An awesome place right across the street from Kailua Beach. Parking in the carport was tricky but the rest of the property was perfect for us. The beds are super comfortable. The whole unit was so cute and lovely. We ran into Steve and Susie and they couldn't have been sweeter! Great place and great time!!

So-so
We did not stay here after checking in. The good: super responsive host and beautiful pool. The unexpected: property was hard to find and exteriors were unkempt. Turns out there appear to be many people living on site and it shows. We did not find the property inviting or welcoming. My wife did not feel safe here. The bad: listing photos are way out of date- all furnishings are tired and need deep cleaning. The unit had been wiped down but everything about the unit itself showed wear and tear of many visitors- lots of ew factors on the cushions and floor, the unit smelled heavily of mold, shower curtain moldy, windows not cleaned and more. Cumulatively it was too much. The really unexpected: the host disagreed with us and wanted to clean the unit up. However, there were too many items needing attention, for which a remedy would be disruptive to our five-day stay. We immediately brought this to the owner and VRBO attention and informed both that we would not stay there and they could release it for someone else if they chose. The host told us they could not issue any refund because the unit was booked throughout our stay. Adding to the dilemma: After two days of fruitless negotiating with VRBO for assistance in finding a different place to stay and releasing the unit so the host could re-rent if they wanted (VRBO would not), we were on our own.

Lovely
We stayed here with my three young children. The place is wonderful. It's clean and comfortable and the pool/courtyard area is such a treat. The location is amazing, especially going to the beach with little kids couldn't be easier. They have beach gear you can use. The owners are lovely and live in the front house if you need anything. We would love to come back.

WOW location!
We were SO glad to find a wonderful property on the less crowded, less busy, less touristy side of the island! The location is perfect for experiencing the Windward coast’s glorious beaches and small towns. Yet we also found it easy to get to the North Shore, Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay! You can’t get any closer to fabulous Kailua Beach! We found it to be the best beach for long beach walks because of the hard packed sand. The unit is very accurately described in the VRBO listing. Our group of 4 adults had plenty of space for seating and spreading out our stuff. Having the second downstairs bathroom reserved for the unit was a real help! We didn’t have any issues sharing the pool, hot tub, washer/dryer with the other units. We were happy to find lots of condiments in the fridge and coffee in the pantry! We found the owners to be charming and helpful. We enjoyed the story of the beautiful carved palm tree. FYI, only room for one car for this unit. We parked our second car right by Kailua beach park, on the street, just across the street from the property.

Amazing location to the best beaches
We enjoyed our time. The proximity to Kailau and Laniki beach was fantastic. Loved the pillbox hike and multiple sunrises. Some of the shared spaces wasn’t totally clear to me but everyone was friendly and respectful.

Can't wait to come back
We loved our stay in Kailua. We came to visit friends who live down the street but I'd recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Hawaii. Kailua Beach is across the street and is so beautiful, and Lanikai is a short 10 min walk and even more beautiful. The pool at the apartment was a nice break for my kids to get out of the sun, and the place was easy and comfortable for our week in Hawaii. We are already planning our next trip!

Perfect location, comfy space!
This was our second stay at this wonderful property and we will be returning again. Kailua Beach is my happy place and I feel like a kama'aina staying in this comfortable spot. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable and the hosts were welcoming and gracious and available for any questions. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests. Can't wait to come back! Great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very comfortable. While small, there was room for our family to enjoy being together. Parking is somewhat restricted, so most of the time we had to park across the street at Kailua Beach Park. When it rained heavily, we had to wade through the driveway to reach our car. That was the only downside to what was otherwise a most enjoyable experience.
