Overall it was a good place to stay, quiet, cozy, nice views, close proximity to Kona, off main highway easily accessible. Gated area was nice. Parking instructions were incorrect, promptly corrected by Host/Property Owner Keith. Unit 4, but instructions stated parking spot 3 (should've been 4). Other than that misprint stay was nice. Upstairs units are a bit hot during the day, opening windows in morning and closing helped a bit, but no AC so if you want AC, might want to consider something else. I personally didn't mind, but maybe other do. Usually the fans were enough with an uphill breeze it was just fine. Rained some so making sure windows were closed was fun, but never was an issue with the rain. One thing I would highly suggest to Owner/Property Manager was lack of USB charging receptacles, luckily I had an adapter, however many others may not. For a relatively cheap cost adding in USB-C or USB-B charging receptacles to the units would be a minimal cost and easily installed by any person with DIY'r or minimal electrical experience. Most box stores have standard 110v appliance plugs with USB-B/C connectors for very cheap, all with 15amp ratings which is code on most interior electrical receptacles. It would a minimal cost to the owner and provide renters with easy ways to charge their phones, tablets etc. Overall a great stay.
