Red Mesa Ranch was base camp for our Southern Utah/Northern Arizona week of adventures. There were seven of us, from 28 to 60. The location is ideal - off the beaten path just enough, yet only a ten minute drive to downtown Kanab for great food and any other necessities. 45 minutes to Zion, 1 1/2 hours to Bryce Canyon and an hour to Page, AZ.
Julie and Jim have done an incredible job making the home so warm and welcoming - right down to the personalized sign when we arrived! They've thought of everything. The house is beautiful inside and out, has nice furnishings and very comfortable beds. It's well-stocked with toiletries, paper products, laundry and dishwasher detergents, spices, games, Corn Hole and SO much more.
I can't express how comfortable we all were and how much we all loved spending time together there after a long day of hiking and exploring. We enjoyed it so much we opted to spend one of our days hanging out, playing corn hole, meeting the owners' horses and dogs, cooking, etc.
Thank you Julie and Jim - it was a privilege staying at your place. It played a big part in our awesome week in Kanab!
