I would definitely stay here again, although we didn’t do well at the casino but that is how it goes sometimes. the price was great, there were multiple restaurants and eateries. The pizza was excellent, the breakfast was amazing, with big biscuits that were delicious. The staff was courteous and informational

I had a great day and even got some good luck at the casino, however, the front desk evening staff our way too busy on their phones to acknowledge that I was needing their help for a good five minutes and standing right in front of them. Our shower in room 416 was not producing any hot water. We had been trying since 9 o’clock, finally by 9:30 and I got the front desk staff’s attention, they sent maintenance up and they were there rather quickly, however, they had to work on the hot water for an hour, and our kids didn’t get to bed until late because they had to wait. They didn’t offer any kind of comp, they didn’t allow us to move rooms… It was really stressful when trying to unwind from a big day in the city.

They chose not to honor their room service duties. I was tasked with having to go pick something up to eat. Everything else was fine.

When I booked the property, I contacted the hotel directly to request adjoining rooms. I was told that because I booked a room with a king and another with 2 queens this wouldn’t be an issue. Once at the property, they were unable to accommodate the adjoining rooms. I cancelled one of the rooms but the Argosy charged me. I contacted the property and left a message but never heard back.

The bathroom was not clean. The pillows or whatever they call them, were like rocks. There were 3 pillows per bed and even by side they still didn’t go across a queen bed. The slots were the tightest I’ve ever played. Didn’t see anyone win. This place is really going downhill.
