The evening staff working check in were rude. We were part of a large convention and hotel policy was in conflict with what the convention hotels were supposed to do for the attendees. Kaitlyn was unpleasant and her co-worker equally so. I would not recommend for any convention needs.

We thought over all the hotel was an excellence place to stay. We enjoyed the room size and felt safe in the area, and the on site dining was a plus. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. Only dislike was the shower curtain didnt cover entire shower area. Causing water to get on our shoes

It was great but sucks that they don’t include breakfast and valet parking is pricey $35 per day in marriott stay . 240$ fees . Idk we can so better.

Overall a great stay! Easy check-in. Easy enough parking for being downtown. Walkable to restaurants. Felt very safe. Very comfortable. Clean. My one and only complaint is the a/c wasn’t working right in our room and it was not getting cold enough. Was hard to sleep since I need cold to sleep.

Nice quick stay
The valet attendants were top notch, insightful about the areas surrounding the hotel and gave us great ideas for our stay! The front desk was nice and courteous in our check in but didn’t interact with them much. The tv in our room kept having issues but they were quick to resolve them.. now as to cleanliness I would not praise. The trim along the bath tub was gross and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in awhile. The flooring in the main room could have used a few additional pushes with the vacuum and the room itself didn’t have the most pleasant of scents. Oh and the bed although felt nice to sit on, absolutely killed my back by the morning.
