Our stay was great! The rooms were clean & relaxing & the breakfast was really good. The only complaint is that the hot tub wasn’t fully functional. It was a bit lukewarm & would have been great over our cold stay.

This Hotel was amazing!!! The staff were so friendly. The room was up to standards. The housekeepers were very polite. The breakfast was very good. The Bartenders were fun to talk to. My family and I had no complaints. We will be back in January! And we will be getting our Family suite again!!!

The room smelled icky, the shower had mold in between the tiles. Carpet was stinky. The floor in the bathroom was gross. Yellow around the floor by toilet. All around I would never stay there again especially for $245 No Way!

We loved this property. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Monique at the front desk was quick, helpful (provided us with advice on how to get to our destinations). The nightly reception was very nice and the area is a nice place to sit and relax. Morning breakfast was amazing with so many options to choose. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend.

I like Embassy suite hotels for many reasons. I like the room layout with separate sleeping area. Very spacious. I also like the evening reception and made to order omlettes at breakfast. The bed was awful. It was not comfortable at all and my back is killing me today. Staff was friendly. I asked for a complimentary upgrade which I know was available, as i could have reserved it online. So I hate it when staff lies and says we don't have any upgrades available. Just tell me you're not going to give me one for whatever reason. It was our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Would have been nice to have some special treatment which I put on the reservation and a message to hotel 3 hours before we even checked in. Otherwise the hotel was a good stay. Clean, and quiet.
