The staff were super helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the lifts were a bit slow to arrive but manageable once we knew to leave a bit earlier. The courtesy bus transport was very useful to get to and from the train station, although quite crowded at times. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

Great hotel! Super easy to get around to Disney (both parks via Monorail with bus provided by hotel). Visited Ikspiari many times for good food, but also enjoyed the food in the hotel as well. Le Jordin was awesome! Ate there for breakfast each morning. The staff were superb and seating was easy (via the virtual queue) and the food was delicious. Absolutely don't hold back on the waffles! :D The view from the room (sea view) was amazing... wanted to stay there all day but had too many plans in Disney. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Very nice one night stay. Walking distance to the monorail stop, but also there's a bus available which was nice. Hotel lobby was lovely, room was big and with a balcony to enjoy the view across Disney. The beds were comfortable and lots of amenities which was appreciated. There's a little convenience style shop there but not a brand name one. Didn't eat any food so can't comment on that. Disney store was nice too had a decent amount of stuff.

We loved Grand Nikko! Super close access to Disney parks. Hotel staff were excellent. The convenience store was so handy. The restaurants were great too! The staff are what make this place so enjoyable though.

Just a weekend stay at Disney Tokyo with family and grand kids Hotel was family friendly with great staff Rooms were good size and on bayside had great views Breakfast buffet was outstanding Convenient to parks and shopping by shuttle and monorail Shuttle bus to Haneda or Narita available at low cost Enjoyed my stay and have no concerns about this property

Trying to be 5 Star, Only Managing Three Stars

Room was dirty: stains on box spring covers, bathtub stains, windows dirty, floor not vacuumed well. Checked in around 3pm, kids and I were starving. We went downstairs to the hotel restaurant, waited several minutes by the sign which stated wait here to be seated. Ignored by staff for several minutes until someone said they were closed. Odd because several tables had active patrons dining. We asked if there was another restaurant open, told no. Ended up having to make a food/drink run to convivence store. Service at Sushi restaurant was not much better. Was charged for containers for left overs. Paid 5k Yen for an hour of swimming for my two small children and I. Not 4 or 5 star.

Hotel is very clean and convenient. There are restaurants and convenient store in hotel, very good for guests. Also, there are shuttle service for hotel guests, very convenient to go to JR Maihama or Bayside station.

Unfortunately we were quite disappointed by Grand Nikko, it was extremely dated and only 2 dining options which served terrible food and highly priced, we ended up eating at Disneyland and Disneysea as a result, wanted to avoid the hotel as much as possible. The TV could not be changed to English like the other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo so we had no entertainment for the kids either after hours. Was extremely disappointed to find out that a swim session in the pool would cost $20 per adult per session and $15 per child, we selected that hotel for the pool (I wish now I hadn’t) We had to wash our clothing which was $4, said that it included washing powder but the clothes came out as dirty as they went in but wet! Breakfast was terrible sadly also. Giving an honest review I would not recommend. I also think that hotels should offer moisturiser as standard, this place offered nothing and as there are. I supermarkets around you cannot purchase anything :-( Wish we had chosen another hotel for our stay.
