We loved the condo, which is right on the ocean with beautiful views of the sunrises and the surfers when the waves are right. Very clean and updated condo, nice location to airport, many attractions, and only a short walk to the Coconut Market for shopping, amazing BBQ, and responsibly priced souvenirs at the ABC Store.and local shops.

We enjoyed this place so much! It’s a perfect location, beautifully decorated, and super clean! Communication with the owners was simple and quick- super nice. Kauai is a special spot and we enjoyed touring the island- a favourite has to be the helicopter ride- do it!

Wonderful location!
This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! Very clean and has everything that you need. Stocked with lots of supplies. The owner checked with us during the first 24 hours to make sure that we were good! We even met the housekeeper, Marvis, a few times in the walkway and she made sure that we were having a great time. She was so sweet! Although we didn't use the pool, the area was very clean with nice gas grills. The grounds are very nice. Centrally located. Highly recommend!

Amazing ocean front condo
Every good review of this property is spot on. The amenities, the location and the privacy. What was really special for us was the kindness of owner Teri and local manager Marvis after we spent the first morning of our vacation at Wilcox Hospital in the ER. When they heard about it they checked on us to may sure we were okay. Not just once but for the rest of our two week stay. Thank you!!!

Beautiful & very relaxing
This was our first trip to Kauai and we loved it, including the condo. We could tell Teri and Ron put a lot if thought and care into their beautiful condo. It's super clean, comfortable, and well stocked with necessities and beach gear. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We enjoyed watching the sunrise while having coffee and Malasadas on the oceanfront Lanai. It was so relaxing, which made it hard to leave. We highly recommend staying here!! leave.

Dream Vacation
The property is in a great location, central to everything. The property is well maintained and the view from our condo was nothing short of amazing! It was well stocked with everything you would need to go to the beach, cook, snorkel and paddle board. The description that the owner provides is very accurate. The washer and dryer were so nice to have in the unit. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! We will be back!

Perfect location and view
The property was an easy drive to most of the places we visited. Loved the view from the balcony of the ocean so close and the sound of the waves. It was clean and well stocked. Had a minor problem and the property manager was on top of things and followed through to make sure there were no problems. Highly recommend it!

Perfect for our 50th Anniversary
We had never been to Hawaii so decided it was the place to go to celebrate our 50th anniversary. This condo was perfect. It was in a great location to get to different parts of the island. It had an awesome view of the water. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai and watching the waves and the surfers. It had everything we needed including beach toys, towels and bathrobes. There were USB cubes on the tables by the bed which was convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked with items we could use. Teri and Ron were very easy to communicate with. Mahalo.

Excellent Beachfront Condo
This was our first time on Kauai and we had a great relaxing time. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and so glad we chose this island and condo. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and watching the surfers and waves. One day there were dolphins right in-front of the condo which was really amazing. Thank you Teri and Ron for sharing your condo with us and ensuring we had everything we needed. Pretty, private, and comfy
We enjoyed everything about our stay! The condo is very comfortable and clean, it’s great to have a kitchen and laundry facilities, and the balcony is the crowning glory: it looks out over the not-crowded beach and you can see for miles. We ate all our meals out there, listening to the waves and watching surfers try their luck. We look forward to visiting again!

First trip to Hawaii and we couldn’t have picked a better condo! Location was so central to all parts of the island. And the million dollar view! The property exceeded our expectations on every level. The hosts truly go above and beyond with so many personal touches. Although we rarely needed ac it was lovely to have that option when we did want it. Super comfy bed, starter supply of coffee pods, lush landscaping, proximity to Passion Bakery and Lavalava Beach Club and easy communication with the hosts are just some of reasons we loved staying at this property.

Perfect Choice
We cannot say enough about our stay. The condo was perfect for us. Very clean, well stocked, quiet, private, a wonderful view. There is nothing I could point to that was off. The location itself was fantastic. We walked most days to the. Coconut Market place to shop and/eat. We wanted a place just to chill. This fit that bill. I would highly recommend it and would love to come back one day.

Fantastic temporary home for two in Kauai
Small, clean and very comfortable. Enjoy your coffee/tea on the 2nd floor lanai with a view of the waves below. Surf sounds all day. A/C works great. It was a nice central location. Easy walks to beautiful beaches, and drives to others. We loved this condo more ans each day passed. The hosts primary goal seemed to be the we enjoyed our stay. Great communication. Mahalo!

Teri and Ron ensured we had a very comfortable and memorable stay! The unit is well kept, organized with the perfect furniture + hard to beat ocean views along with recommendations on things to do sprinkled all over. The personalized e-welcome along with Teri's kind suggestions made it memorable stay for us. Highly recommend! The location is also very convenient and both North and West parts of the island are convenient to access.

Such attention to detail at this lovely waterfront condo! My husband enjoyed playing the ukulele that was not only a cool decoration but a decent quality instrument! All the beach gear we needed was there and in good condition. Nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for the bathroom and beach. Bed was comfortable and this may seem simple, but so appreciated: plug in cubes on each side of the bed for phones, watches, whatever. Many times I end up having to unplug a lamp or clock behind the bed to plug in my phone. This was a simple thing I wish more places provided.

Beautiful view ... well equipped !!
Great centralized location, beautiful view and had everything you need and more !! The unit has a washer and dryer, combo Keurig and drip coffee maker and a VERY well equipped kitchen including all the spices you need. The king bed was super comfortable and both a/c units kept it cool. You have to try the malasadas at Passion bakery across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Kauai condo was perfect. Everything from communication before arriving to check out was smooth and easy. The view cannot be beat and the location is easy to access all parts of the island. The condo is the most well-equipped VRBO that we have stayed at. Thanks to Terri and Ron for sharing their pace.
