Nice Property Location
Overall, our first visit to Maui was delightful, and the property lived up to its presentation and the positive reviews we had read. We were particularly drawn to the fact that it offered a serene escape from the commercial hustle, providing both great areas for exploration and the privacy we sought. The location's accuracy in relation to the reviews played a pivotal role in our choice, and we were pleased to find the tranquility we were looking for. The proximity to various dining options within a 10-minute drive was convenient and added to our overall satisfaction. While we understand the challenges presented by the ongoing post-COVID situation, I wanted to bring to your attention a small matter. I had inquired about the availability of condiments and was informed that, unfortunately, none were accessible due to post-COVID issues. However, upon our arrival, we noticed coffee, as well as salt and pepper, were provided. We had purchased these items in advance, unaware that they would be available. This is a minor concern and does not impact our overall positive experience; it's merely an FYI for your consideration. We appreciate the efforts of the property management company in ensuring a pleasant stay and understand that updates are an ongoing process. Thank you for providing us with a memorable experience in Maui. We look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

The condo listing was accurate and the management was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We cooked most nights and thoroughly enjoyed this spot as a jump-off for daytime adventures. It's far enough north that it felt like a retreat, although that meant that that we had to put-in serious miles to reach Makena Beach and points on the east side further south. It was windy, too, but we didn't mind given the air and water temperature.

Hidden Gem - Excellent Location, Property, View!
Property is amazing and as described by owner! Views feel like it's ocean front even though there are condos between you and the ocean. Excellent location as it is walking distance to the snorkling beach at Kapalua Bay (10 min) , DT Fleming Beach Park (10 -15 minutes), and the Honolua Store (10 min). The pool and walking trails are very close by. The property is centered between desired outdoor activities and a few dining opportunities. The property is beautiful inside as well! Our teen daughter slept on the pull out couch and was comfortable, having a second bathroom with a shower was a plus. Kitchen is well equipped. Backpack beach chairs were great for walking, umbrella and beach towels were also provided. Extremely minor, our gate code didn't work one of the days, but mentioning this more as a positive as Property Management team on the ground was very accessible and responded quickly. This did not impact our stay or experience. We would recommend this property to friends and family and we would book this condo again in the future.

The apartment is as pretty and picturesque as the pictures. Found the unit clean and well appointed for our week-long stay. A little confusion with the gate code but the management company was quick to respond via text. well maintained and beautiful property.

We had a fabulous 6 night stay at this condo on Maui. It is exactly as described, with breathtaking views in either direction. The first afternoon my husband sat for more than two hours in the chairs in the bedroom just mesmerized by the views. The condo came equipt with beach towels, chairs, and plenty of items to get us rolling in terms of a blender, coffee maker, good pans, etc. The condo was clean, check-in was exact and easy, and was very clean. It also has a washer and dryer which came in handy on our last day. We really had only positive experiences with both the managers and the unit itself. The complex has a few pools, it is located right on the Coastal Path and the beach below was like having a private beach as there was never any more than a handful of folks on it at any time. All in all a five-star experience.

Stunningly beautiful and super comfortable
We were blown away when we walked in and saw that the views were even more gorgeous than the pictures indicate. The whole place was spacious with beautiful furnishings, a super comfortable bed, and a great kitchen where we prepared all of our meals. The couch and tv were also great for winding down in the evening. The location is superb for accessing some of the best beaches on West Maui, and the many nearby trails made it really special. The only very minor thing we noticed was that the sliding door for the downstairs bathroom was hard to close. The shower in that bathroom was a real plus, though.

A/C minimum temp 74 degrees
Condo is very nice and view is spectacular but kind of isolated on the west end of the island. Our main issue is that we searched through the Kapalua villas and went with a higher priced one so we could have central air. After our final payment about a month before we arrived we got an email with our check in info that said the A/C had a low limit of 73 deg I was not happy but too late to change accommodations. When we arrived there was a sign by the thermostat that is located on the first floor saying minimum 74 deg that makes the upstairs around 76 deg. I called after the a rough second nights sleep and they sent me a text saying ownership would call me around 1:30 at 3:30 after me texting them to find out what happened I finally received a call with the guy saying he does not know the code to change it and would not be able to get someone out to change it till Monday since it was late on Friday never heard back from them. I found that if you go into the settings on the thermostat you can change the low temp thank goodness. The rest of the stay was great.

This condo is very nice and the ocean view is outstanding. Checkin and communication were outstanding. There were a few minor issues but nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Loved that this unit had a wine fridge! The condo could have a few more beach towels and kitchen could of had a few more things. Also, they provide a few starter items and they aren’t kidding. I always bring my own shampoo and conditioner so wasn’t a big deal. Would of been nice to have a little coffee to start us off .

Beautiful Location & Property
This is a beautiful end-unit condo with gorgeous views of the ocean on both levels. We loved how the bedroom and master bathroom is located upstairs which gives us a little bit of privacy and space. The kitchen is updated and the bathroom downstairs has a shower. The property is located between the Ritz-Carlton and Montage Resort in a gorgeous area. It's close to many amenities and right next to the coastal trail for gorgeous scenery and hiking. We walked to the Honolua General Store (ABC store) which took less than a half hour each way. Merriman's Restaurant is a ten minute walk just down the street. Sansei Sushi Restaurant is next to the Honolua store but walkable if you want a nice stroll after dinner. We can't wait to come back!

Luxurious, as advertised condo. Location is great if you want easy access to a beautiful beach with lovely views from the various in and outdoor spaces of the unit. We had an issue with timeliness of an already late check in time (4pm) though it was eventually rectified by the property manager.

Greatand villa but bugs spoiled our stay
Checked into a gorgeous condo with stunning views Fri pm. After eating out we returned to find 30+ bugs on the couch. We called/text pics of bugs to service (Scott) who couldn’t ID the bug. Someone came by Sat but just to collect samples; and housekeeping supposedly vacuumed. Bugs still on couch. Scott said pest control would be out Monday. I told him we’d had no meals; no food out and were avoiding downstairs (living room/kitchen as wife had already gotten bit) Ants were also all over seating area by window so we hit them with Raid (and stunk the place up). Monday am I asked Scott when pest control would be out - as we had 2 family members coming to visit/have dinner - and was told it would be Wed. I said that was our checkout date and was unacceptable. He said he’d come out and get housekeeping back to vacuum - I told him vacuuming wasn’t helping. He found another pest outfit that would come out Monday. Scott came by Monday and took more samples of bug. He said pest control was by (while we were out) and told him they couldn’t see any bugs but regardless couldn’t spray until Wed. Scott knew that story was bogus as we now saw the bugs all over downstairs on ceiling/floors/windows. My wife’s sister (and husband) came over and of course we told them about bugs. After hanging at pool, we came in and made dinner. While sitting at small dining table , I had two bugs on me and killed 5 on floor. Sent message thru VRBO to Leo Fimmen (Partner/Property Manager) - who we booked trip through explaining and asking for help as we DID NOT get what we paid for. Played golf Tuesday and hung out at pool. Ate out again. Killed a couple bugs that made into upstairs bedroom. Packed up and left to Wailea for 2nd half of trip. Told Scott bugs made it upstairs and that we left. He said the ID’d the bugs. Scott was responsive throughout and friendly - just couldn’t deliver results. Haven’t heard back from Leo yet 4 days ago. Stayed at dozens of VRBO properties w/o issue. Not sure I’ll book one managed by Maui Paradise Properties again if we don’t get some consideration for what we endured.
