Belle Ocean Front 1 Chambre à Kapalua Bay Villas!

Cette belle villa face à l'océan Kapalua Bay est nouvelle dans notre inventaire. Idéalement situé dans le bâtiment n ° 20, à côté de marches d'accès privé à la plage et d'une promenade en bois reliant le sentier côtier de cinq kilomètres du complexe. Cette copropriété spacieuse située au niveau du pont se trouve à quelques pas de la baie d'Oneloa et à 3 à 5 minutes de marche de la baie de Kapalua. Ce superbe condo possède une cuisine sur mesure avec armoires africaines Mahagony, un réfrigérateur Subzero avec tiroirs congélateurs et une machine à glaçons. Le four électrique et à vapeur, la plaque de cuisson électrique et le lave-vaisselle sont fabriqués par Miele. Il y a des comptoirs en dalle de granit "Bordeaux hawaïen" et une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse. Carrelage en bas et moquette de luxe en haut dans la suite principale. Le sol en pierre calcaire est partout, à l’exception de la salle de bain en marbre poli et de la chambre principale en moquette. Le nouveau tapis et rembourrage en boucle de niveau a été installé le 14 février 2018. Il y a de fabuleuses vues panoramiques sur l'océan depuis la suite principale située à l'étage, où se trouve un matelas Californie King Size TempurPedic. En bas, le salon principal offre une vue imprenable sur Molokai et notre rivage de Maui, jusqu’à la baie de Honolua. Internet haute vitesse sans fil, télévisions HD et appels illimités gratuits aux États-Unis et au Canada. Climatisation centrale. 1 400 pieds carrés avec deux lanais. 4 nuits minimum. Hidden Gem
We loved our stay at this amazing property located in an exclusive gated community in Kapalua. The view was spectacular along with a very lovely patio area that we could enjoy the sounds of the crashing surf while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The property manager was exceptional in helping us with a matter that was fully corrected in a short period. The kitchen was well equipped along with bar-b-ques that we took advantage of. The property was in very good condition overall, but there are some signs of age with the furnishings and some of the blinds did not operate properly. However, the location, the view and the ambience made up for these small deficiencies.

We had an incredible stay at this property over the Christmas holiday!Killer views from both floors and a very well appointed and stocked living room and kitchen plus, the mattress was very comfy allowing us to feel at home while on vacation. Everything you need was provided - kitchen, towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, ice chest, you name it, this rental delivered!We will be back and can’t wait to secure this awesome property again in the future!Mahalo!!!

Cannot express how beautiful this place was! Views were amazing, the space was great, clean, good amenities. Loved the neighborhood, lots of stuff close by to walk to. Beach was quiet and close by. I so hope we get the chance to return here.

Better than we even expected!
My husband and I stayed at the Villa for 4 days in celebration of our 45th wedding anniversary! The photos on the website are accurate but don’t even do it justice. The villa was more spacious than it looked in the pictures and the views especially from the bedroom were breathtaking! We saw the dawn every day we were there as well as surfers and some whales from afar. The beach and boardwalk are just down the hill and you can walk several miles on the Kapalua Coastal Trail which connects to our boardwalk and goes past hotels and even Hawaiian sacred grounds. 5 stars all the way! A hui hoe ( until we meet again) hopefully soon!

Great View!!
Great views from both floors. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the sunrise from your master bedroom was priceless. Unit is close to the access trail to the beach which was nice, 10-15 minutes walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The only downside was walking up and down stairs to access your bedroom other than that I would higher recommend this unit!!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!
The villa was fantastic! The view when you wake up each morning is gorgeous! We watched humpback whales from the deck every day. Very walkable to the beach, hiking, golf, snorkeling, and dining options. The property was clean and easy to check in to and use. We loved it so much, we extended our stay by two days! The property managers were great yo work with on our extension! We seriously did not want up leave, but we’ll be back for sure!
