I booked on a Friday afternoon, my flight got cancelled the following Monday and my subsequent flight was later that evening so I no longer needed the hotel room. I called, and had Expedia call to see if I could cancel reservation and get a refund and the hotel said no. Not only that, they were so rude about me asking for a refund. I will never book at this hotel and nor should you. It was 10 days before my scheduled check-in date, plenty of time to rebook the room. Don’t book this hotel!

There massive banging all night. Couldn’t sleep at all. Told the front desk and the guy just shrugged us off. Another person who heard us complain said that he also heard banging all night and again the guy at the front desk just ignored our complaints

We love this particular property. The rooms are incredibe great for families. Easy access. Staff is very accommodating. There is limited parking in the lot. The pool and water slide is always a big hit. Definitely will book this hotel again.

Property was great, nicely decorated and modern. Room was clean. Swimming pool was way too cold and most of it is cordoned off for the slide landing zone so not able to do laps. We booked the room for 4 people and the sofa bed was not made up. There was not enough bedding for it so we called to reception. They asked if we wanted to go get some from reception. I didn't reply so I'm guessing he understood from that, that I didn't want to go get it myself and he said he would bring some up. Check in was ok but he wasn't particularly friendly and end up changing the whole booking into my husband's name because we were using his credit card. When it came to signing the terms, my name came up on the screen so I signed it and then he wasn't happy with me, because he wanted my husband to sign. All a bit over the top really given I'd made the booking, we are a couple with our children, living in the same address.
