Stayed a couple nights with family. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Rashad and Yaseen were very helpful and accommodated our dietary restrictions. The pool was not very clean and was closed a couple times. We had to ask the staff for room service continuously as our room was not cleaned when we came back to our room. Hotel was overall very good and clean.

Everything was pretty good. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Staff was kind. Breakfast probably not worth it, coffee was good. Also expedia advertised free parking and it wasnt free. No issues with Hyatt, i will stay again.

Room wasnt ready to check in at 6pm , but the staff did offer a bunch of free drink and appetizer vouchers, better than nothing i guess. We had the King Suite which was very nice and spacious.

Expensive for what it was, broken hardware in room, and although I understand it is a dog friendly property, there doesn’t seem to be guidelines for pet etiquette (dog next door whined and barked loudly into until 1am).
