The staff was not helpful or informative. Very noisey busy road across street. Get rid of rooster crowing at six in the morning. You can’t check in till four and checkout is 11. But staff were banging on our door at 9. Many other options in the area. Stay closer to Duval street.

“Under construction “. Lobby was nice but kitchen non-functional, hallways by rooms was torn up. Room was nice. Staff seemed unequipped to handle speedy check in.

Staff was very friendly but our room was very dirty. I requested it to be cleaned but they only removed the dirty rubber glove from the floor. There were hairs in the bathroom and dirt and paper on the floors. Also they charge for their shuttle.

Horrible service and stay
They gave our luggage with over $1200 of fishing equipment to the wrong people. It was awful. We weren't told about construction, we had no hot water, no tv remote, the list goes on. Manager tried but the rest of the staff was terrible. The only saving grace was to bartenders.

The rooms were very clean and the view of the gulf was great. BUT! They were in the process of remodeling and all the noise and mess of this was evident in the common areas. TV did not work no one seemed to know how to fix and managers would not move my room . Remodeling noise under my room and still could not get another room. The restaurant was closed . you could use the facilities next door. I think maybe some new management would help, someone who really cares that the customer's were not happy.

This is not a hotel it’s a motel. I walked into my room and walked out. Called another hotel to see if they could accommodate my stay. Place was dirty and runned down. I can’t believe this property is listed on Expedia. I tried to get in touch with Expedia to see if I could at least get my money back for this purchase and can’t find a number to call them.

The pool was nice and clean and lots of chairs. I didn't like the loud construction going on first thing in the morning. Not good when you are on vacation and trying to sleep in.We had no hot water in the shower and we only got clean towels once out of 3 days! No housekeeping service of any kind.
