SITUATION DE LA VIEILLE VILLE ...
Une maison joliment meublée et confortable, située à une courte distance de la rue Duval.  Faites livrer des vélos et vous aurez rarement besoin de votre véhicule pour vous déplacer sur l'île.  

MEUBLES ...
Mobilier mis à jour dans cette charmante maison de 2 chambres.  Le salon présente des plafonds voûtés et a plusieurs portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur la terrasse et la piscine.  La cuisine est située hors du salon et est entièrement équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins de cuisine.  Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond et des téléviseurs à écran plat situés dans chaque chambre ainsi que des placards pour ranger toutes vos affaires.

DISPOSITIONS DE COUCHAGE ...
La chambre principale est située au deuxième étage et est équipée d'un lit king size confortable et d'une salle de bain carrelée complète en suite.  La chambre d'hôtes au premier étage et dispose de deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être commodément convertis en un roi pour répondre à vos besoins.  Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète située à côté de la chambre d'amis. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit situé dans le salon pour dormir des invités supplémentaires.

PISCINE ET VIE EXTÉRIEURE ...
Ouvrez les portes françaises à l'arrière et sortez dans une petite piscine privée où vous pourrez vous rafraîchir.  Le pont est équipé de deux transats et d'une petite table pour deux.

Great location and property
We had a great visit. The property was in a location of Key West that was walking distance to all the landmarks but also far enough away to be out of the main tourist traffic. The house was comfortable and clean and the back deck and pool were a great place to relax between activities.

Delightful Cottage
Great for a girls' trip! Well appointed and comfortable with bathrooms on each floor. Convenient to all the sights, yet situated in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. The only complaint is either the floors were very dirty or they may have been recently stained. We all had dirty feet or socks after walking on them.

The property looks like the pictures . It is very cozy . It is located in a very quiet neighborhood , about 20 min walking from the center. It does not have a designated parking spot but parking around the house is not a problem. Check in and communication with the property manager is very easy . I read I’m another review that the pool was not warm enough but in our case since we arrived the pool was perfectly warm

Perfect Key West Stay!
Had a great time at Conch Heaven! It was super easy to check in and out and communicate any and all questions with the host, the concierge service was very helpful and prompt with responses. Perfect location for us, we rented bikes and it was close enough to everything touristy we wanted to do but far enough away at night so it was quiet. The house had all of the supplies we needed to cook and tidy/clean for a four night stay. The dip pool was perfect for a group of close friends after long days of activities. Definitely would recommend / stay again.

Mid week get away
The house was great. About 8-10 min walk to Duval. We rented a scooter due to the hot weather. It was also good to have so we didn’t loose our parking space. We just parked the scooter inside the properties fence. With the scooter everything we wanted to see was within a 10 min drive. The pool in the back yard was great on the hot days. Tons of things to see and do. Whitney the property manager was great with communication. Will definitely return.

Wonderful location
We enjoyed our stay in key west! Very walkable for us (family w 2 toddlers) and so much to do/see close to downtown. Quiet and peaceful off the Main Street, besides the local early bird roosters :) Look forward to returning!

Conch Heaven was heavenly
We celebrated Christmas early with our family in KW. The house was very charming and offered everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, and we walked to everything. The beds were super comfy, and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed the little pool on the patio. It wasn't big, but it offered many hours on entertainment for us. The house has everything we would need for our stay (sunscreen, beach towels, extra blankets, toiletries). The property manager did an excellent job in communicating with us when the property would be ready for check in (if earlier than listed time) and she was very friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The Best of Key West
Very charming place with everything you need! Communication was outstanding, extremely clean and the furniture was all very nice. Older review about the furniture being stained is no longer valid. We would stay again. The only improvement I would recommend is the mattresses. That’s being extremely picky.

Honeymoon in November - 3 night stay
This was the cutest little place and we really enjoyed our stay! It's in a great spot, not too far a walk from everything, but we decided to rent a scooter to get around and it was a game changer! There's free scooter parking on corners, including right next to the rental. It was nice to go out and come back to this house on a quiet street and relax. There were only two downsides, but they weren't major for us: First, the shower in the master bath upstairs is not enclosed, as well as open air over the main bathroom door, so it was actually freezing to try and shower in there. Open concept and looks cool, but not super functional. I just ended up using the downstairs shower the rest of the time and had no problem there. Second, we rented this place in part because of the cute little patio and heated dip pool. I wanted to get in a pool, but not be cold on cooler, windy days, so I was excited that it was heated. A little misleading, as it's set at one lukewarm temperature that's still pretty cool, so it wasn't as warm or adjustable as I thought it would be. I still got in, but did not stay in long because it was just too cold out for me. I wasn't expecting a hot tub, but definitely a bit warmer, especially for cooler days in November. To be fair though, the forecast showed higher temps than what we actually got when we arrived (super pleasant, but not quite hot enough for pool weather, but this is also coming from a Florida local). But all in all, it was a great trip!

Convenient location to walk in old town, and to bike (rental) also. Kitchen had everything, plus extras, new dish sponge, dish towels, etc Great guidance on laminated sheet (two sides). Shades kept apartment cool, and light from patio and pool was sufficient.

Loved this rental and the property manager was AMAZING!
We traveled to Key West in April of 2023 for a last minute “bucket list” trip with my older parents, my 6 year old, and my husband. We needed a place that would accommodate all of the ages various needs while still providing an authentic key west experience (a hotel or a more generic part of the city wasnt what we were looking for). And this house was amazing!!! First the location was everything - in an older, charming part of town it really had the vibe that we were looking for. The house itself was beautiful and well appointed. My young son loved playing in the small pool and we even had cocktails in the pool under the stars. My husband and I were able to walk to Duval for a date night but we also had a car for my parents who couldn’t walk too far and other than one morning parking was a breeze for us. I think more that the above, it was the property management and concierge services that set this trip apart. We’ve traveled a lot and this property management person was the best I’ve ever worked with. Instructions were clear - he checked in with me via text to make sure we were all set and was so happy and kind. We used the concierge services for reservations and recommendations and that was so helpful and the women who worked there was very pleasant and kind as well. I would 100% rent here again and hope we have the chance to return. Thank you to the owners and manager for helping to make this a special trip to for my family.
