You’ll love your stay!!

Totally relaxing. Hotel is located perfectly in Key West—close to shops yet far enough away from the crowds on Duval. Check in personnel are TOP SHELF friendly. Housekeeping staff with upbeat attitudes. A perfect oasis in Key West. Parking is terrific. Loved my stay.

The help we received from the staff was mixed. Our check-in was flawless and we were provided with excellent service. However, the staff during checkout was unhelpful. We requested to borrow an umbrella (it was pouring!) so that we could drive our car from the outside parking (there was no way to get to it from inside the hotel) to the front of the hotel to load our baggage and we were told that they did not have any!

The fan in the bathroom didn't work called down told they wld fix it and didn't.the rugs are old and dirty....at 500 a night stay at the Windham by Hyatt same price but a lot better that's where I'm going next visit stay away from this place....no compensation

Very disappointed in this hotel for our short two night stay. The shower drain did not drain. The faucet water just dribbled out. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff was not apologetic nor did she seem to care.

I had a family emergency 3 days before our trip and couldn’t go to the hotel. I contacted them before the trip trying to postpone the dates of the trip but had no success. It was booked through Expedia. It was a back and forth text message and finally they said I could not have the dates changed. Very Frustrating since it was just 2 days trip.

We had a great 3 night getaway..It was important to have a safe place to stay and park our car we knew weather was going to be iffy for using the pool so the hot tub was perfect we really enjoyed it.we will be back and will definitely recommend this hotel which is less than 2 miles from Duval Street and Mallory square..we got lucky with easy parking down there as well..of course it was not the weekend so that was also a plus..all the workers were very helpful and Nice with easy check in & out ..
