This house needs a little TLC! Photos are hung with broken frames and the hot tub didnât work when we were there. Outlets are missing and the couch is on the last leg. Great spot though with beautiful view.
We just needed a place for a couple of nights so that we could make the day trip to Dry Tortugas NP. This fit the bill! It wasnât fancy but we felt safe and were easily able to fit our family of 5. But I wouldnât have stayed for longer than 2 nights as we wouldâve been cramped. We had everything we needed and all the necessary instructions ahead of time. And the view off of the back deck was pretty incredible! Also, if you donât have a sound machine, be prepared for a rooster alarm clock!
As a mom I liked the cleanliness of kitchen, basic supplies, clean sponge, dish soap etc. it was very cute place. Perfect for three people! Location was good to get to Key West. Stock Island has several good restaurants we didnât get to try them.all. Had fun using bikes to bike to Starbucks! Beds are comfortable.
Stay was fun and place was clean. Could use a little improvement. Couch was u comfortable and coffeetable broken. The bikes def need some attending to. The table outside is very nice but a little too high; needs adjusting. Hot tub was wonderful and it was quiet for sleeping.
Great place in a very convenient location! Pull out couch isnât the most comfortable thing in the world, but it sleeps. Super clean, super easy check in (was even able to get in early) and a great price!
We spent Thanksgiving week with family at this cute little house. Many of the reviews comment about the neighborhood, but we felt safe and even met some neighbors. The houses are on top of one another but with the privacy fence, it doesn't feel like it.The house feels like new construction but the pictures no longer match what is inside (now has a bigger TV, window furnishings are different, etc.). It was fun riding the bike around the island but I would have really appreciated the kayaks pictured as the harbor is great for exploring. We paid extra to be able to use the hot tub and it was well worth it! It was not maintained while we were there as promised by the management company but we got by. Anything that uses batteries (remotes, clocks, detectors, etc.) needs to be replaced. I did some of them with what I had.
Good location. Hogfish is a good restaurant with good seafood and good service, a short walk away. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was mostly quiet. A rooster would/will wake you every morning. We stayed while Helene was making her debut, but there were no problems or destruction.
Nice/cute rental for the price. Neighborhood is a little unsightly, but didnât feel overwhelming. Itâs what you could expect at a nightly rate that you pay. Waterfront access/view was great. Only issue was the post lists the second bedroom as having 2 twin beds. It actually was a twin bed with trundle bed underneath. I would have appreciated this being stated in the listing, so expectations met reality. Other than that, would stay again.
Although the neighborhood isnât stellar, the unit is fantastic! We are familiar with Key West, so this was ideal! The unit has a great balcony and lower area with a hot tub and furniture to lounge. There are a lot of stairs, but not a terrible inconvenience. We could grill, lie in the sun, and relax. Very clean and well-equipped. Our dog was pretty comfortable as well. No one bothered us, and we enjoyed our stay! A good âbase of operations â for all we enjoy about Key West! Weâd stay again for sure. đ
We stayed during work trip to Key West. The house was great and cozy. The view on the back deck was nice.
The parking spot was under the elevated house. Our F250 wouldn't completely fit but we made it work. The neighborhood is more working community and less historic downtown Key West. There were plenty of places nearby to grab good food. If you're comfortable with that feel, then this place is great especially for the price.
