This is the good, the bad, and the ugly. This review would be 5 stars but two things get my goat. First, the ugly... the HIDDEN PER DAY COST of forced vallet parking. THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION FOR PARKING AT THE FACILITY! Anything parking nearby is in tow-away zones. We flew in so didn't have a car, but rented scooters. They even wanted to charge for parking our scooters. We never parked the scooters there, but still had to have the vallet parking deducted from our bill on check-out. Deduct one star The Bad... HIDDEN "RESORT FEE." This is becomming more common and this charge was higher than most. They force you to bite the bullit upon arrival. We were there when the town was full and had no place else to go. I deduct one star from any place that follows this practice. The Good... Magnificent, well maintained and beautiful grounds... Great curteous and accomodating staff... The room was spaceous with great linens, very clean and well stocked in-room bar if you wanted to pay for it. Free daytime transportation to "Old Town" and Smathers Beach. Not likely to stay there again because of the practice of hidden costs.

It felt like you’re staying at a luxury resort. Bathroom soap / shampoo / body lotion etc were high end l'occitane brand. Lots of trees/plants around. You get complimentary drink coupons upon arrival. We will be back again.

We loved staying at this property! The rooms, the amenities, the pool area, the cafe - everything was just awesome! The staff was super helpful, nice and very accommodating to all our requests. We also loved the lively pool area with the cafe! Great food! Overall, wonderful stay! We would definitely love to go back!

The location is not great. They have a shuttle, but doesn’t run on the evening late enough for dinner. I believe the last shuttle was around 4:30.

Excellent property with great amenities. The bar n food area with pool was awesome! There was a sun deck at the back - we only missed the beach with water! Overall, excellent stay with very helpful and wonderful staff!
