We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Perry Hotel & Marina. From the moment we checked in the process was easy. They welcomed us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was very nice & roomy. Our view looking over the pool and Marina was perfect! View from our balcony at night was spectacular. Housekeeping staff were friendly. Loved both restaurants. Fernando at Matt’s went above and beyond to make our 40th wedding anniversary special. All the staff at Matt’s were wonderful. Zach at the Salty Oyster was great, he made us feel so welcomed! Loved the pool, met so many nice people. Loved that we could order food & fun drinks poolside. Arthur was very friendly & helpful on places to explore while we rented a golf cart during our stay. It was so fun driving it Oceanside to downtown Key West. Johnny, the concierge was super helpful when we rented a golf cart and our schooner sunset cruise- which was amazing.

The marina and yachts were an interesting environment for the resort. Breakfast and dinner options at Matt's were lovely. However, I would have liked more small plate options for dining (fruit/veggie/cheese/cracker tray, or light sandwiches, etc) for around the pool, lunch or "happy hour" snacks. Burgers and chicken tenders and fried fish were available at the pool bar. Because we booked through Expedia, we had NO VIEW and the property said they couldn't move us because we booked through a 3rd party. If you like to sit outside with your coffee in the morning or late at night, make sure to request a 3rd floor ocean view room. The transportation to Historic Seaport was great. Being able to easily get back and forth to/from the "action" and then relaxing in the resort felt like two vacations in one.

The property itself is above average. Onsite restaurants and pool area are a plus. The room was above average with open concept and very spacious bathroom. Your about 15 minutes from the main attractions at Key West. Make sure you read general information on hotel website. You will incur additional fees outside of payment on expedia site.
