Let me start by saying I contacted the property management company to have this complaint resolved before giving a review. After a very quick initial response stating that the manager would be contacted (I requested a partial refund), I did not hear anything back, and even reached out again a few days later. There were several weird reddish stains on the walls, bed frame, and ceiling in the loft room, and two of the towels in the master bath had crusty red stains. I get that the cleaning crew is going to miss a few things, but stains on the towels is just not okay.
