Cette magnifique villa de trois chambres rénovée est l’un des cottages en bord de mer situé à Mariner’s Watch. La villa dispose d'un escalier privé menant du pont arrière directement sur la promenade et à quelques pas de la plage.

Cette villa en bord de mer dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec une vue incroyable sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger ainsi que la suite principale. La cuisine a tout ce dont un chef aurait besoin pour préparer un bon repas avant de partir à la plage!

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et la troisième chambre a un ensemble de lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi 2 petits lits superposés pour enfants dans un refuge confortable situé à l’extérieur du couloir. Beaucoup de place pour les vacances en famille ou juste un week-end pour un peu de golf!

Il y a 3 salles de bain complètes.

Nous fournissons également (6) des chaises de plage et des serviettes de plage! Pas besoin d'apporter ou de louer!

Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de grill disponible, en raison des règles de sécurité de Kiawah Island.
Nous nous excusons sincèrement pour tout inconvénient, mais demandons que les règles soient suivies pour éviter les amendes ou le renvoi de l'île.

Great interior design and view
The owner wisely opened up this unit to provide an amazing sunrise view from most of the unit. Steps sways from the beach. All necessary kitchen utensils. Comfortable furniture and beds. They even have some beach chairs available. Great location on Kiawah

The location of this property is fantastic. It’s quiet, easy to access the beach, and has a nice setup (kitchen, dining, bedroom layout). It was, as others have pointed out dirty, (stained couch cushions, food under the bench cushions, mold in all the bathrooms and sand in the bathtubs (when we arrived)… there was no backup toilet paper (which is in the description, but 2 of the bathrooms had only a a few sheets). Once again, lovely location - just needs some TLC.

Oh my, this home is so lovely! The view is incredible, the condo is beautifully decorated, the floor plan is great! We had our daughter’s family with us and it was such a help to be steps from the beach since we had little ones. We were also a short walk to The Nest where we could buy sandwiches, groceries, and wine. Easy to give it 5 stars!

Soothes the Soul
This place is truly a jewel. I loved the windows all around the house that gives you the most amazing views of the ocean and dunes. If you’re lucky enough, you might get to see some of the small whitetail deer that come to nibble on the vegetation outside the condo. What an amazing birthday gift that was to me! The condo is clean, and I'm a clean freak, so that says a lot. We cooked in the kitchen and had all we needed except a spatula, maybe it was misplaced? The beds were very comfortable, the beach is literally right there, and the condo just has this vibe about it that makes you feel good. It’s an amazing place.

This is a beautiful and well-appointed property. We had 3 couples stay for 5 nights and it was delightful. It is an open plan and very conducive to gatherings and conversation. It is delightful to just walk onto the beach for a walk or to take the bikes down the beach for a long ride.

Perfect for our family
This location is ideal. Can hear and see the ocean from the unit. It’s so much more spacious than pictures can show. Only complaint is the temp regulation in the back bedroom is off— didn’t matter for this time of year for us, just opened windows at night. Also could be more towels and hand soap and better dishwasher soap. But it was the ideal vacation for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). We will be back!

I suppose the outside light above the front door which was so full that it did not/could not illuminate the entryway should have been our first clue. It is unfortunate that the photos of this rental do not accurately depict it's old and dirty condition. EVERYTHING was dirty, from the refrigerator to the bathrooms, from the windows to the REALLY dirty laundry room to the linens. (I hesitate to call them "linens") The heat didn't work and we spent the first night at 61 degrees. (Primary bedroom window was stuck open) And yes, we immediately called VRBO and sent pictures of what we found most egregious. In fairness the property owner called very promptly with apologies but it was very clear that this is no ones home. This is strictly a "rental" and upgrades or improvements have not been a priority. We were offered two nights compensation and, while appreciated, with the VRBO fees it only discounted our total price by one third. We were only staying 4 nights and it was not possible to find another rental without throwing good money after bad. I have vacationed on Kiawah Island since 1986 and rented many beautiful condominiums and homes in those years.This was by far the most disappointing - despite its great proximity to the beach. We three old college roommates hoping to celebrate our 70th Birthdays felt crestfallen. Shame on VRBO Shame on this "Premier Property Owner" And Shame on me for renting this place believing nothing like this existed on Kiawah Island

Almost great
Just one minor complaint, and one that’s not so minor. There were no clothes hangers - not one. I texted the owner since the property manager had informed me, before our arrival, that she would not be available for a couple days after we checked in. The owner never got back to me. After a could of days we adapted to the lack of clothes hangers. The more serious problem was a loose “paver/brick” on the path to the condo. I discovered the problem when I fell. Into the bushes beside the path. I had no serious injuries - just a few cuts from the fall into the bushes. I advise the owner/manager to fix this problem before someone is seriously injured. The pros - the layout of the condo is great - wouldn’t change a thing. Its position right on the beach adjacent to Boardwalk #17 is so convenient. This was our first trip to Kiawah after an absence of 7 years and we really enjoyed it. Renters should aware that VRBO rentals on Kiawah do not include access and use of any Kiawah Resort amenities, including the swimming pools. This didn’t bother us sine the beach and ocean were right outside our back door.

This is an awesome property with a great location. Very responsive host. I agree with another reviewer that owners bedroom tends to be a little warmer than rest of home but other two bedrooms are nice and cool. We loved staying here and will stay here again!

Paradise at your doorstep
This was our first time staying at the property, and we could not have been more impressed. Our party included four adults and three children (10, 7, and 2), and we were looking for a property that was close to both the beach and Night Heron Park. This condo at Mariner's Watch fit the bill perfectly. The property is an end-unit that is steps from the beach, with a view from the kitchen and dining room that is absolutely breath-taking. The dining room includes a little nook with a small table and chairs that thrilled our two-year-old. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We could not have been happier with our experience!

Nice Stay!
Overall a really great stay. Can't beat the location and ease of walking out your porch door to the ocean! Great layout and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Decor is nice, however, some very easy updates would make it MUCH better (specifically the bathroom floor vents. all rusted over and could easily be replaced to look much nicer). Had an issue with airflow to the primary bedroom so I would caution staying here in the summer. But otherwise would totally stay here again. The communication was excellent.

Property was beautiful with stunning ocean views. Very convenient location that is as close as you can get to the beach and a short walk from Night Heron Park. Open layout of living space was awesome with kids and each bedroom has its own private bath. Some small signs of wear and tear, but overall extremely pleased with our stay. *One side note is they no longer offer beach chairs, so plan to pack them or purchase in town.

A Beautiful Place to Stay
We had such a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The location is incredible!! The condo was so clean and beautiful. Plus, it was fully stocked with everything you would need. I was truly impressed with everything this condo had to offer, and we loved being able to just walk right out to the beach from the unit. I’m already looking at my calendar to plan a trip back!
