This condo was lovely, it has a great location and nicely appointed. We had a great time enjoying the sunsets on the lanai and swimming in the ocean which is literally at your fingertips. Shopping, groceries, and restaurants are close at hand which is a big plus. We will happily stay there again.

Best spot in Kihei!
There are a lot of places advertising oceanfront, but after walking many miles of Kihei beaches, this complex is unique - it may be the only condo that I would say is truly right on the beach. The unit is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels, and you are only carrying them a few yards to get to the sand. Kam 1 seems slightly less crowded than 2 and 3 (hard to define where Charley Young and Kam differentiate). I didn’t think this was much of a snorkeling beach, mainly because it was a little rough water around the rocks while we were there, but we did see turtles pretty much whenever we wanted, and I even had a big one run into me while I was out bobbing in the waves! The unit itself is exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s not huge, but perfect for our family of 4. I’ve mainly stayed in resorts in Hawaii, but this is the first place where I didn’t see a single insect in the room. Bedroom 2 is pretty small and the bathrooms aren’t big, but the 3-head shower in the main bath is awesome. I love the location - walking distance to pretty much anything you might want to eat (I recommend the Food Truck Oasis at South Maui Gardens about a 10 minute walk away). The only negative is the parking is tight. We had a larger SUV that required a little backing in and out every time we were coming or going, but pretty hard to complain about parking 20 feet from your room. We plan on this as our go-to for any future Maui visits!

We loved our stay in Kihei. Nicely stocked with everything you'd need for a wonderful vacation. The beach is amazing and rock free! No water shoes needed to protect your toes! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Sunset delight
What a fantastic place to stay! There are so many wonderful things about this place that I will not be able to mention it all. - Every evening you will be treated to a wonderful sunset, each one unique, from the comfort of your porch. - Wonderful location. On the back, you are steps from the beach and view of the islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, a view of the West mountains and Molokini crater. On the front, you are minutes away from abc stores, gas stations, surf school and a short drive from the nice Wailea area. - The unit itself is very thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of books about the islands, all sort of beach gear and travel gear, and kitchen equipment. We spent a memorable fortnight in Maui filled with delightful sunsets!

On. The. Beach!
Beautiful place! It was the perfect place for my husband, daughter, son in law and new baby. Being on the beach is such a gift! The second bedroom is a bit small but seriously, it didn’t really matter to us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone but being able to bring the baby back and forth made this so perfect for our family.

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei. The condo is truly on the beach, it takes less than 30 seconds to be in the ocean! It was so convenient to walk down to the beach several times a day. The condo was very well stocked and so comfortable for our family of 3. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. If it were any closer to the ocean, it would need to be a boat. Charley Young beach is a great spot to play, and the rocks and red to the north is a great snorkel spot…. Saw 6 turtles in one day.

I can't say enough about this condo. Its accessibility to the beach, the view, the quality of the kitchen, and the stock of essential supplies were the best we've ever had in our five visits to Hawaii. Charley Young Beach is literally right out the backdoor and great for swimming. Communication and check-in were quick and easy. Adam informed us before arrival that the a/c had gone out and my family was worried we'd be miserable during our stay. We were incredibly comfortable the entire time thanks to their quick adjustments with portable a/c units in all rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beachfront home!
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this home immensely. The beachfront location is unparalleled- truly a few steps from the back door to the sand. The sunsets are definitely one of the highlights of this location. The interior of the home is well taken care of and very well stocked with just about everything we could have imagined and more (all beach gear, snorkeling gear, beach towels, bathroom necessities, kitchen spices and all the items we needed for cooking)! We can’t say enough about this place. It was truly a magical place to stay!

Perfect location for a beach getaway
My husband, 16 month old son and I had a wonderful stay. The location right on the beach is IDEAL! Very few locations in Maui had air conditioning, plus it being 2-bedrooms with no stairs was perfect for us with our toddler who we wanted in a separate sleep space. Its in the heart of Kihei with lots of restaurants nearby, and they had a bunch of great beach gear for us to use. We would visit again in a heartbeat.

Absoluetly perfect condo for our needs. The 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront condo with beautiful views met all of our needs. Very modern and furnished with absolutely anything you could ever want or need. The amount of amenities is great. Beautiful beach front
Very rare to find a beach front property in hawaii. This was perfect for us with a 3yo and a 6 month old. We could easily come out in the morning and spend time at the beach. Lots of good food around the area. Only negatives is that it is a busy area (so not a good place if you are looking for quiet or solitude) and there is constantly someone mowing a lawn :) But as for the place itself, it was immaculate. Very well stocked. Lots of boogy boards, beach chairs, beach activity items. Place was heavenly.

A real “score” right on the beach
Many many accolades… Found this unit almost last minute and the availability worked out perfectly with our moving-around schedule. As discussed in all of the previous reviews, this vacation rental feels much more like a “home” than any other I’ve stayed in before: great quality and attention to detail throughout - from the user-friendly kitchen with pristine cook/serving ware and an espresso machine. Comfortable beds - Quiet, super central and convenient location. We beat a path back every afternoon to have a walk on the beach and enjoy the sunset… somewhat amused by folks that had to lug their beach gear from goodness-knows-where. Highly recommend to anybody searching for a home-away-from-home - except you get to listen to the waves all night.

Amazing location, right on Charley Young beach. Private corner ground floor unit. Comes with all the amenities in the kitchen as well as boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, and a skim board. Private and secured back patio, great for storing surfboards or drying out wet gear. Two lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable King bed in the master suite. Ample beach towels and other linens/towels. The electric grill on the beach facing lanai works great! Will be staying again in the future!
