Excellent front desk staff. Went out of the way to deliver toast, juice etc.to our room at midnight . We had been at the emergency dept.in Tralee for hours due to an accident early in afternoon and had no opportunity to eat dinner. The delivered tray of food was very much appreciated. We ate one meal in the pub which we enjoyed. Very good service. Each morning we enjoyed breakfast in the large breakfast room. We loved the porridge and the granola/yogourt/berries. Only complaints ..it is an older hotel and the hallways are like navigating a maze ! Also, climbing in to very tall bathtub to shower with an injured knee was tricky. Wish the rooms had walk in showers.

I really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, the staff was welcoming and there is plenty to do in the area. Also the restaurant attached to the hotel was very good! The only thing is our room was near the alleyway and it can be a bit loud with late night party-goers yelling about. But not much you can do about that!

Amazing hotel to launch our drive around the ring the next day. Parking is available around the corner (5 minute walk) in an open parking lot. Many cafes and restaurants and bars all within 10 minutes maximum walk. Loved our stay!

Location Location Location

The hotel is bang on in the centre of Killarney, super location. The town public car park is a very short walk away. The reception areas / bar etc are lovely. There is a good atmosphere in the hotel. Upstairs (bedroom area) is a little bit dated.

Best hotel in Killarney!

This is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ireland, it was luxurious, a big Jacuzzi tub, great food, so many restaurants within walking distance, that were just excellent, across from the outlet mall, walking distance to the main shopping district, and the room itself was such great bedding, and so quiet, I slept 12 hours without being woken up! It’s absolutely beautiful as well.
