Great Waterfront Cottage

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was great with a mesmerizing view of the lake and close to wineries, distilleries, nearby towns and Ithaca. The hot tub, outdoor fire area, the dock and little bunkie were great. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Perfect Escape

Perfect cozy weekend getaway

Even on a freezing cold weekend this little cottage was an absolute dream. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, pellet stove, and hot tub all ready to go. My partner who is very sensitive to fragrances was very grateful for the neutral smell scape - we didn’t have to “air out” the space or move a single scented candle! Thank you! We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Breathtaking views and thoughtful details

I never say this.... but we will be back. Our getaway was fridgid but beautiful and waking up to that view of the lake was amazing. We were warm and cozy indoors. We also hottubbed in a snow shower. The house was perfect with many thoughtful details.

Great!

Very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just a couple fyi’s. Neighbor across the street (Rob I think) helped us get out of the ice in front of the garage. With the frozen driveway, the space in front of the garage could have been better cleared of ice. We also think the remote for the tv needs new batteries. We were able to navigate around this via the Roku app, but figured you would want to know. Thank you!

Short trip out of Rochester

My partner and I decided to take a little trip out of the city and stayed at this gem of a cottage. The views from the property were absolutely breath-taking and the residence itself was very comfortable and clean. Also was conveniently located near a few wineries and nice places to hike. 10/10 would reconnect to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Perfect way to celebrate US

This cottage is absolutely amazing. Clean, cute, has all that you need. The outdoor area is just as amazing. The pictures don't do this place justice. We came from a Wed-Sunday to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we did just that. If you are looking to unwind, be one with nature, and love wine, you will love this place. We plan on being back. Thank you Adam for being a wonderful host.

Lakeside bliss!

What a wonderful cottage, property, and host! We had everything we wanted and needed, including responsive and proactive communication from our host. Great stay on Cayuga Lake

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage! It is apparent that Adam has taken a lot of care in renovating the cottage with quality craftsmanship, materials and appliances, while still retaining the charm of this property. We liked the new kayaks and paddleboards. We spent time relaxing in the small lake house on the shores of the lake. The kids liked having ping pong tournaments each night. I would recommend this cottage -- it is a great lake experience!

Beautiful Reset, So relaxing

Everything was perfectly set up. The Lake house was clean,charming and well equipped for our stay. It was so relaxing, sunsets incredible, night sounds put us to sleep every night and the lake was so soft and inviting. We visited the Aurora Inn for dinner, it was wonderful as always! Treleaven Winery was so close… beautiful venue, good times! Aurora Shoe Company not far from the lake house was a great place to pick up some of their awesome shoes too! We look forward to our next stay♥️

Girls R & R

My sisters and I were looking for a lake rental, with lake views and a dock, this rental met our expatiations and more. The rental also came with paddleboards and Kayaks, which we enjoyed on the lake. We had a wonderful weekend exploring the local wineries by boat, (highly recommend exploring by boat)and just relaxing. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. Would definitely come here again.

A little oasis on the lake

Check in was easy and the cottage was cool and spotless on our arrival. The gardens and path to the lake are beautiful and the kayaks and paddle boards were a huge hit with our teens. The sunset with a glass of wine on the dock or the hot tub are the perfect place to relax after exploring the local area. The cottage has pretty much all you could ever need and we ate at home on the deck most days. We enjoyed hiking and swimming in the waterfall at Robert Treman state park and a great trip to the Corning Museum of Glass and the girls enjoyed the glass blowing class there too. Overall a great stay and can’t wait to return- thank you Adam!

Perfect Cottage, perfect location

This property has everything you need to be comfortable and have a wonderful stay! Very relaxing, from the hot tub to the ping pong table and everything in between. Would love to come back when the weather is a bit warmer and have some more time near the lake, it is beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend at the cottage, very conveniently located to nice wineries and great hiking. Excellent communication from the host as well!

Exceeds Expectations

Wonderful home on Cayuga Lake. The views from the main bedroom, and both living areas are extraordinary. Many thoughtful touches such as paper products and soap provided, along with a selection of games and books. While our weather was cooler, and we did not get in the water, we still spent hours on the dock, taking in the stunning view, especially at sunset. The house is even more spacious than it appears in photos, and everything was clean and comfortable. There are wineries and a brewery just a few minutes away. We had a great week and look forward to returning.

Perfect Girl's Weekend

Stayed here with my mom and sister. It was clean, cute, comfy and a great place to chill with a breathtaking view of the lake. Not as steep of a walk to the water as many other rentals on the lake and not a ton of stairs either. It was chilly when we were there but the mini split and pellet stove kept us super cozy. The hot tub was great! Would love to come back and bring my kids sometime. One of the best rentals I have stayed at. A few restaurants, and wineries a short drive away but remote enough to be super quiet. A really special place!
