Nice stay in Kingman AZ

We were in an accessible room and loved the room. Very spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of room for luggage. I would have given the hotel 5 stars until we went to breakfast. No orange juice, no knives, no syrup, tiny muffins. For such a nice hotel, breakfast could have been better. For those with disabilities, especially someone in a wheel chair - the shower is in a tub so requires you to step over but lots of grab bars. If you use the bath chair, the soap and shampoo are above your head and behind you, unreachable. The shower head was high when we entered the room but is adjustable. We would definitely stay again but hope the breakfast improves. The employees were very helpful and gracious.

No tv service the night of my stay

On the night that I stayed the tv didn’t work because Direct TV satellite had gone out at the hotel. The girl from the front desk came up to the room and tried to reset it but it didn’t work. She said that Direct TV told her every tv would have to be reset individually. When that happens you need to have them send a technician to do that not the front desk. And the bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Noisier than I’d like, but overall very nice :)

This hotel is great, and probably one of the nicest in Kingman. I was only there for an overnight and had to leave early the next morning, so I missed the breakfast everyone has been raving about in their reviews, but maybe next time! I would recommend requesting a room on the top floor if you’re able to (there’s an elevator). I heard everything in the room above me, even conversation. While I don’t think the people were attempting to keep their voices down (it was after 10pm), they weren’t shouting either. I didn’t sleep well at all due to that. I should have asked for a new room, but again, I don’t necessarily think it was the guests above me, it was the sound-proofing of the building.
