Family Thanksgiving 2024
Amazing Stay, we had a Blast! thank you for everything!! Everything was easy to find and easy access to everything we needed. Beds where comfortable. Alittle upset with your lawn company that showed up while we were fishing, they came by like we were in the wrong place, we all had to come inside. And a few minutes later we have the pool guy over.

Excellent Lake Life Experience!
This is the second year my family of 3 and another family of 4 enjoyed this property and I would absolutely recommend it. There is plenty of space to spread out and large hangout areas. The deck with pool and hot tub that leads to the lake is so nice. Love the property and the hosts!

Family lake vacation
Booking and check-in were easy. Asked for an early check-in and granted. Communication was great from the manager. Arrived at the property and it was just as the pictures and descriptions provided. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. The lake area was perfect for the kids to walk into and swim. Not ideal for fishing. Plenty of space for everyone. Can't beat the price for the pool, hot tub and beds to sleep everyone. Just be aware when booking with elderly there is a high step leading from the kitchen to the dining room. My 81-year-old mother was able to step down as long as she held onto the counter. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Great place for a family gathering
We stayed here with my husbands sister and her family and my in laws and my 2 little girls. My girls loved playing in the hot tub and the pool. Sandy lake bottom was perfect with no seaweed which was great. Backyard set up was perfect to hang out and catch up with family. Enjoyed the screened in porch too. Only thing that would make it even better is having an actual dock for a boat. And some hooks in backyard to hang towels etc. highly recommend!

Exceptional Stay
Our family of 12 came to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The layout was perfect for spending time together. We loved the giant TV in the livingroom for watching football. We played games at the dining room table and the table on the screened--in porch. Everyone loved gatering in the outdoor area. It was perfectly laid out for gathering and we all enjoyed the pool. There was a beautful view of the lake and easy access from the backyard. Wifi access was spotty. The only thing that could make this property better is a dock. Everthing was lovely and clean. I highly recommend this property.

Great Lake House Vacation
We had a family vacation of 7 adults and 1 child in August. The house was great, the lake location was amazing, all the water toys the house had was used. Lake access was easy and loved hanging out all day and night on the beautiful deck. We will definitely be back. One of the best vacations we have had.

Long over due family reunion
Upon entering property we all thought how great the pool will be in the TX heat. And view of the lake was beautiful. Outdoor area was great. And plenty of sleeping room for all. We will possibly be back again to Hill Country and LBJ Lake!! Fun was had by all.

Great location on the constant level arm of Lake LBJ
The house was well equipped with beach towells and utensils in the kitchen. Great back patio with plenty of room to stretch out. The Bunk room was a great spot for the kids. We had great weather and the neighbors were all very nice.

This house was the perfect place for a siblings trip. From the pool, the view, the bar area. We did bring our own speaker to enjoy outside and there is quiet time after 10 but for the most part we were all drained by 10 and hung out inside and played games. The morning view was amazing. The only thing this place is missing is a fishing dock. That would make this place even more perfect! I will be staying again 😊
