Family Get Away
Our family took a mini vacation to this property. It was a tranquil setting in Paradise! The house was stocked with the basic essentials. We ran to the store in town, which is about 20 minutes away, stocked up for the weekend came back and had a very relaxing time enjoying the amazing big screen TV cooking meals and enjoying the beautiful view! The Check-in/ check-out process was amazing communication with the owners was, top-notch over all the experience was 5 Stars!!

It is a lovely home, the only thing that could have been a problem is the rugs curled up on the ends and some of our group are elderly and it is a triping hazard. And even tho its quite atractive ,whats with the really low beds , oh and the heater for outdoors was broke.

Senior Ladies Reunion
From the start, property owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. Six of us 80+ year-olds loved the expansive, one-story, super roomy home offering privacy and every convenience. The beds were SUPER comfy (big plus), plentiful bath and kitchen needs. We really appreciated the beautiful view from wall-to-wall windows in the rear! Lovely, modern decor is so welcoming. We saw that much thought was given to detail. One evening, we enjoyed dinner at the Running Y Resort Restaurant and loved grilling other meals "at home." Thanks to Nicholas and Betsy for a wonderful memory.

We stayed for a long weekend to attend graduation at KCC and OIT. The house was very spacious and comfortable for a group of 10 people ranging in age from 9 months to 78 years old. The owner was very responsive to questions during our stay. The location was short drive to anywhere in Klamath Falls and had the added bonus of a great view from the back porch.

Great location at Running Y
This place was amazing! Stayed for a long weekend with friends for a wedding at Running Y. The house had plenty of space for all of us, plus the living room set up was great for board games or just hanging out. Had a bit of a hiccup with the check in instructions, but the owners were very nice and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 30th Birthday celebration for our daughter. The house has a beautiful view!!! The whole house worked perfect for our family of 14. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds are so comfortable. We even got to watch the snow fall. We felt truly blessed to stay here.

We visit Klamath Falls every year for a family hunting trip and this year didn’t disappoint. The house and hospitality of the owner was wonderful! The house was immaculate and fully furnished with everything we needed. Check in and check out were simple and we felt like we were at home the entire trip! Will definitely book again for next year!

Beyond expectation.
We decided to arrange a get together as a family of 8 adults and 2 grandchildren. First we chose Sunriver near Bend but with the roads so unpredictable, we decided the Running Y near Klamath Falls, only 1 1/2 hour away. It all turned out perfect. The weather was better than expected. The house was great. Nicholas, the host was very courteous. And everything was flawless. Kitchen was fully equipped. One of our family members has dietary restrictions and it all worked out fine. We chose this also because of 3 king size beds. We played games with the family. Putting all the phones away, a nice change. We went to Tula Lake to watch the Bald eagles and Tundra swans. The kids swam and skated at the Lodge. We hiked near the Klamath lake. Great experience. We will sure return to this great getaway.

Great Holiday Stay With Family
We had a great time at the property and the resort area was wonderful. Kids had a great time ice skating and swimming and the workout facility was great as well. The house was wonderful for our family ranging from <2 into their 70s. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating!

Wonderful Family-Friendly Location!
My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving week. We enjoyed our stay here and we're so grateful for the prompt responses from the dark sky home. There were 10 adults and we had many questions before and after booking. The listing is exactly what we saw. Its a great location for a large family like ours. The kitchen and living areas are extremely spacious! We loved that we had multiple washers/dryers. Its a great location if you are traveling all over like we were. We didn't get to enjoy the resort amenities like we hoped but we were able to drive around and see the entire resort. Next time we'll have to have more time to enjoy the resort! We would love to stay here again!

Eclipse not so dark property
Beautiful property. Very clean. Well stocked with supplies. It is not a dark sky property as described. There is a potato processing facility a few hundred yards from the rear deck. They work after dark with huge floodlights, stars not to visible. We were here for the Eclipse and had a perfect view from the rear deck on Saturday morning. Great neighborhood. I wish they would supply a written instruction manual for the use of the property instead of just in messaging. Also the main bedroom suite bed is literally on the floor, not good for for seniors/ handicapped which we are. We had to take a smaller bedroom even though we were paying the majority of the cost. All in all a great house and a magnificent view.

Resort Vacay in a Model Home
This home is perfectly located among the Running Y Resort which gave us complete access to all the amenities of the resort. This home came well stocked with kitchen items to prepare almost any meal, bathroom, laundry room accessories and a tub you could sink into for days of zen and relaxation. The patio is excellent for early morning coffee and late night stargazing. The host were great with communication and were very accommodating. If our family has a family reunion at the resort again in the future.. we would love to stay again.
