The log cabin was very nice and felt just like home! There were plenty of extras left for us to use: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, detergent, hand soap, games, books, blankets, nice small appliances, pots, pans, and cutlery. I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one had all the things we needed.
A few things to add: There is only one queen bedroom on the main floor and then a back room with two sets of bunk beds and a sofa bed. Up a steep flight of stairs are two full/queen bedrooms and one bedroom with a full and twin bunk bed set. These three bedrooms do not have full walls and are not private. It was ok for our group but was also hard for our kids to fall asleep if other family members were in the dining room playing a game or a family member that is a snorer. The bathrooms both had large steps to step up into the shower tub. Lastly, we rented a pontoon boat and were not able to tie it to the dock because the water is too shallow by the dock. We had to tie the boat to a bouy and walk through the lake to get to the dock. This was a challenge for one of our older parents and a pain to transport items to the boat. It is shallow enough to walk and the lake floor is made of sand. Just wanted to mention it as we paid a lot of money to rent the boat (from Bass Lake Rental) and it definitely hampered our use of the boat. If I would have known that information ahead of time, I probably would not have rented it. The neighbors do not like renters there.
