Cons - The list would be big. The narrow lane leading to the hotel is at its worst condition and there is no alternate path. You are certain to face issues if you don't travel in a SUV.
The hotel badly needs a long due maintenance, the curtains are shabby and dirty, the bedsheets are full of stains, the towels were smeared with grease and when confronted the hotel, they only blamed the external laundry company but never replaced the bedsheet or towel when requested. The interiors are shabby as well with the wall papers hanging loosely at places. The television has not been paid for months and hence no one will come to set it right even if the hotel promised you. We returned after sightseeing to see the room in a puddle after a short rain and our room being at a higher elevation. So check your windows. Hotel staff are never helpful, my best advice would be if at all you booked it already, please have a look at the rooms before paying since the payment will be demanded upon check in. Breakfast was too simple, just 2 items and bread.
Amenities was just a sachet of shampoo and mini soap and even the clothes holder in the toilet was not installed. We even changed rooms since the first room had cigarette stubs behind the TV stand and lot of black dust, which means wet smoke.
Road path to hotel, room condition, amenities and television are biggest drawbacks.
