Beautiful country house "Waldhaus". Outside the resort, 10 km from the centre of Kollnburg, in a secluded, quiet position, along the wooded area. Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths 20 km. 4-room house 180 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: large living room with satellite TV, radio, CD-player and heating stove. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful distant view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair. Sehr schönes Haus, das etwas Zuwendung benötigt.
Das Haus ist sehr schön am Waldrand gelegen. Einsam und ruhig zum Seele baumeln lassen. Allerdings, wo es Licht gibt, gibt es meist auch Schatten. - Die Dachfenster lassen sich leider nicht mehr aufstellen. Lediglich 2 - 3cm sind möglich. Außerdem wäre ein Rollo am Dachfenster wünschenswert. Sehr hell morgens. Ich bin daher immer zwischen 6 und 7 aufgewacht. Dies lag aber auch daran, dass die weißen Gardinen kaum verdunkeln. - Es wäre schön, wenn es im Badezimmer eine Gardine gäbe... Unsere Tochter fühlte sich beobachtet, da der Balkon vorm Bad auch vom Nachbarzimmer betreten werden kann. - Hier und da etwas ausbessern... Viele Grüße und vielleicht bis bald.

Ein Traum am Waldrand
Das Haus war wunderschön. Sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet. Ideal um Wanderungen mit dem Hund zu unternehmen oder einfach idyllisch vor dem Haus am Teich zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen.

Super schönes Haus, mega tolle Umgebung
Das Haus war toll!!! Super eingerichtet und harmonisch gestaltet! Leider war eine der zwei Duschen defekt, was aber behoben wird! Für uns war es mit 5 erwachsenen und 2 Kinder leider etwas kompliziert mit dem duschen. Aber wir sind trotzdem sehr zufrieden und waren nicht das letzte mal dort.

Ideal zum Runterfahren...
Absolute Alleinlage, mega Küche - da spielt sich das Leben ab. Zusätzlich zum Elektroherd gibt es einen Holzofenherd. Sehr gemütlich. Grosser Kamin mit Glasscheiben im Wohnzimmer und ein riesiges Sofa. Sehr gemütlich. Draußen ein Feuerkorb und ein Grill. Holz ohne Ende... Wir würden sagen: Für 5 Personen optimal. Einfach nur schön. Wandern mir sehr gut ausgezeichneten Wegen, Rotwein am Kamin, Gemütlichkeit allüberall und übrigens ein cooles Bad 🛁 Wir sind heute abgereist, wären aber gerne noch eine Woche länger geblieben...
