First of all let me say that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was just fine, the view was amazing, the pool was good and the restaurant (we only had the breakfast buffet) was very good. The location couldn't have been much better due to it's proximity to the markets. The hotel staff were all excellent and we were very happy with the price. The only negative things I have to say are some minor condition complaints. Our room needed to have the carpet cleaned and the sofa needed it's upholstery cleaned. There was some minor touch up needed in the bathroom with grout and calking that is common in many hotels. These are simple fixes that have to be done to earn a 5 star review. Please understand I am not saying it was dirty but an hour spent in the room by maintenance staff on those simple things would go a long way. Over all we very much recommend this hotel.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing friendly, but one person in particular named Elvina she really went above and beyond shes the heart of this place. Its located walking distance ro the best foot reflexology place called helen beauty ask for su, also great bars and seafood spots. The hotel is amazing

the hotel is very good it’s the best chios

very good i stay i suit doblex floor 14 The thing that is not good about the ground floor of the room is that there is no closet or clothes hangers. Likewise, in all the bathrooms, there is no electrical outlet next to the mirror for the hair dryer or the shaving machine.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Food for the room service and breakfast buffets were good as well. Liked the bottle water that they have in the rooms. I think the only mild issue I had was the standup shower, in that the water did seem to get by by the cracks of the glass door fairly easily, so the towel I was using as a mat to leave the shower was almost always soaked. There was also maybe one or two tiny bugs in the bathroom when I first checked in.
