Overall I'm very satisfied. The staff members were kind, friendly and helpful. One of the supervisor named Roger who did a good job to help us when we returned again from the trip to HK, we requested to reserve the rooms on the same floor because we're 5 people together and 3 separated rooms. Roger keeps his promised and we feel very happy. BP International is a very busy place but overall the staff members were bright and did a good job. Definitely we will return next visit 😊

My room was on the 15th floor; the entire floor stank of stale cigarettes. My room although clean, also smelt of stale cigarettes. I had to turn off the air con to stop the smell coming into the room. The air con was constantly on freezing regardless of adjusting the temperature dial; no point raising it to the staff as turning it off reduced the smell coming into the room and I was out most of the day. The room was small and the beds were just right for me as i'm 5 ft 3, anyone bigger would be struggling. The bathroom also small. I'd have to avoid bumping into the toilet every night if i was going to brush my teeth or to use the shower. I didn't dine or use the laundry facilities. The hotel is in a very good location for the MTR, there are loads of shops, bakeries and eateries in the location. You can get a decent meal at a reasonable price.

5-day visit to Hong Kong

Rooms are not big but they are functional, with everything you need. The bathroom may be small but the water pressure in the shower is phenomenal and the heated mirror is a nice touch. Check in was easy and seamless and the frontdesk staff was very helpful. We found the location extremely convenient and we were only a 4-minute walk away from the Jordan subway station. Kowloon Park is right behind the hotel and made for an easy walk to go to the waterfront. This hotel was good value for money. Temple night market was only a 6 minute walk away and we had a convenient Welcome grocery store across the street.

Great Hong Kong hotel for the price point

For the price point, this hotel is in an excellent location to explore Hong Kong. Walk to Temple Street night market. Easy access to the MRT and AirPort Express train. Would recommend.
