Great place to spend your vacation!
We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly big and comfortable. We had an amazing bath (with the size of a pool) and a large balcony. The staff at the hotel were absolutely perfect (especially the employee Free who was all around the place and took care of everything - from great cocktails at the pool to save us a specific table for dinner at the restaurant). The hotel is right next to the boats pier which is a nice benefit. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and had a nice variety to choose from. Definitely recommend and will come back next time.

Beautiful resort
Location was great, room and overall resort was really beautiful and well kept. The pool had great drinks and fun vibe. We had a pool villa room and on the last two days the pool was cloudy and unusable, when we went to the front desk they said there wasn't anything they could do until the following day (the day we were leaving) and that didn't seem acceptable. I never saw the store open and the restaurant food was okay, we ate there once and decided to try local restaurants thereafter. Overall a really beautiful place, some opportunities on service.

Beautiful stay, highly recommended if you're looking for accommodation on the fancier side of things. Good variety at breakfast, inclusing mimosas! Note - watch out for monkeys, was hassled by one twice in the two days I was there.

Wonderful location Great staff. Especially round the pool bar and housekeeping It is difficult to get to you need to get a long tail taxi but easy once you have worked it out very simple. You must visit this location on a trip to Thailand

We absolutely loved our stay at Bhu Nga Thani! We visited for 5 nights for our honeymoon, and we had the pool villa. The villa was very clean and we loved using the private pool in the mornings and evenings. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet here - it was our favourite of all the places we stayed in Thailand. My husband really liked the restaurant for dinner and room service as well. The pool area has a beautiful view, and we loved happy hour (we took advantage of it a bit too much!). Be cautious of the monkeys wandering the resort during the day. As Free put it, they’re very cheeky! From our experience though, they did not seem aggressive. It was fun to watch them wander around. Above all, the staff and service at this resort was exceptional and so friendly. Thank you especially to Free and Boy for the drinks at the pool bar! We enjoyed our conversations with Free too. Highly recommend this resort :)

It's a great property. Really enjoyed the room and amenities. The pool, swim up bar with happy hour was great. The breakfast was fantastic and so were the staff.

Excelente hotel. Super limpo. Desde o momento do check in ao check out fui tratada com muita educação e cordialidade. Quarto extremamente confortável e espaçoso. Café da manhã com muitas opções (bem diferente do café da manhã brasileiro - próximo ao café da manhã brasileiro tem pães, frutas, omelete ou ovos mexidos feitos na hora). Todos os funcionários foram super pacientes em nos ajudar (não falamos inglês e nem tailandês). Fornecem transfer do hotel para o aeroporto por preço justo (vi outros hotéis cobrando o dobro pelo mesmo serviço) - Longtail até Ao Nag, depois van super confortável até o aeroporto. Não tivemos nenhum problema, foi uma estadia perfeita. Super recomendo.

We were so happy to return to this beautiful hotel after 5 years. It is still beautiful, well maintained and lovely, friendly staff. Our room was huge, well appointed and we had a great time by the pool. Breakfast was amazing and reception staff helpful.........go on, stay there....... well worth the $$

Great staff - helpful and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are (were) beautiful, however everything looks old and requires renovation. Breakfast was average and in an open space without A/C. The swimming pool has many broken tiles, dirty pool chairs and mattresses and overall seems old and in a poor condition. Fitness center is in a poor condition. We had cats in our balcony - they slept on the coach which made it unusable for us. In the evening there is nothing to do at the hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a bit expensive (1,600 BHT) but very convenient - recommended. Overall we had a nice stay but this is not a 4 stars hotels given the poor condition of the facility.

The stay was nice the staff were great. Some things in the room were old and outdated, light bulbs were blown out and some things were dirty even after service. No microwave or a way to heat up food. The pool bar happy hour was great the restaurant food was kinda limited.
