Excellent location for touring Old Town of Krakow

Adult only hotel, great location, right in the Old Town Square. Breakfast, great choice and hot food to order. Rooms of good size, Prosecco and fruit in our room on arrival and a bottle of white wine left for us on the eve of our departure. Great service and very polite staff.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were amazing and really helpful. Breakfast was very yummy and quick although due to our stay we could only have it twice due to trips! The hotel was clean and very nice - bed was super comfy!

What an amazing suite. Having the sauna and separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. 4mini fridges with drinks. The only bad thing was the sofa/sofa bed. It’s terrible. I had the joy of sleeping on it for our stay and let’s say it may of been more comfortable to have slept on the floor in Krakow square.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff are amazing no matter what time of day. The rooms could do with a little bit better furniture, and the towels to be replaced as they look a bit off white. Over all yes I would recommend.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast. Jacuzzi room is a must after long days of walking and sight seeing. We had a center view, which is amazing cathedral view. One minus is parking, the closest one is 10 minutes walk and there is no way to drive and drop your luggage. So please pay attention. Otherwise park and walk.
