I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. (Usually, a client has to put a sign on the door if opting out.) That was awkward. I think the opt-out option in most other hotels is better.

Room was huge, clean and modern. Great loction for ease of access into old town and local amenities. Check in wad slightly delayed but we used the bar whilst we waited. The hotel was quiet, didnt even hear noise from the hallways. Food and drink were good with lots of options.

Great location, nice staff, rooms were nice. I would stay here again but opt out of paying for breakfast. Can have room cleaned if you leave card on door. Wasnt keen on breakfast, im literally vegan, fruit had fruit flies on it and looked old eith dried out melon. No toaster just a brevel that did sort of a job, plenty of bread, cereal.

The property is location is good. Rooms are small very basic & noisy. I would describe as the generator kicking in which could be heard in rooms & corridors. Breakfast isn't up to much most of its cold although it should be served warm. I wouldn't stay here again which is a shame as stayed in many Leonardo hotels but this did fall short in our opinion.

As per reservation information sheet for Expedia gold members extra wine should be served in the room, it was not fullfiled, what is not right. Very good breakfast, clean, well equiped room, nice staff. Unfortunately, rooms from street side are very noise due to trams and it's issue.
