Attention to detail lacking

Accommodations for five to sleep, but ONLY a small couch for TWO people to sit. No extra stools or chairs. Very uncomfortable to relax. Not even a bath stool in the shower room.

チェックインする際にWiFiに繋がってないとタブレットに表示されていて、焦りました。もう1台のタブレットは、繋がっていたのですぐにオペレーターと繋がり対応してもらえたのでよかった。施設は、広い部屋で子供連れでもゆったり過ごせました。トイレのドアの鍵が外れそうになっていたのでで直した方が良さそうです。年末年始ともあって周りのパーキングは、満車で探し回りました。結局朝まで1200円というパーキングに停めました。宿泊費が安かったので良かったですが、パーキング代が高いのは残念なのと、遠くに停めないといけなかったのが残念でした。総合的には、お手ごろ価格で綺麗なホテルに泊まれて良かったです。ありがとうございました。

とても快適にすごせました。階段が近いゆえに昇降の音と、上の階の音が響くのだけが少し気になりましたが、夜は静かに眠れました。とてもきれいでお風呂が広くてゆったりとしてました。部屋も広くてくつろぐことができましたが、クーラーが少しにおったので、お掃除した方が良いと思います(;^_^A　あとはほんと、快適でした！ありがとうございました！

観光地も近くにあって便利でした。駐車場がないので近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。部屋の中も綺麗でテレビもYouTubeが見れたりと、子どもも大満足でした。また利用したいです。
