Our family of 3 throughly enjoyed this hotel and the location. We would stay here again. It is so convenient to be able to walk everywhere from there. You are minutes walk from train station, Uniqlo, all the restaurants, close to Gion. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back and enjoyed all the delicious food around the hotel. We chose the superior twin room. Twin bed was a bit small for myself and my son, and they were kind to suggest that we make the 2 twins into a king. That turned out perfect for 3 people. The extra space was great for our family. Plus, their breakfast buffet was delicious. Just excellent for our 1st trip to Kyoto.

Center of Gion area, shopping , food, trains and bus are all in walking distance. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast buffet has many choices but not much of meat rotation but is still very good.

Great location since sanjo station was near by for transport to other areas of the city and lots of things to do around the area for fun and eating/drinking. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff super friendly. Really enjoyed my time there.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was helpful and available. The rooms were high-quality, clean, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic and situated in downtown Kyoto. It is very walkable! A great experience overall!
