We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming home nestled in the outskirts of the Oregon Outback. It exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the serene ambiance of the surrounding nature and the warm welcome of the fully fenced 2-1/2 acre property (that our doggos thoroughly enjoyed chasing bunnies and squirrels in....)
Spacious rooms and cozy furnishings made us feel right at home. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
We covered a lot of ground during our stay...La Pine State Park, Paulina and East Lakes, Newberry Volcanic Monument, Crack in the Ground, Fort Rock, Hole in the Ground, Lava River Cave, Crater Lake, and Cowboy Dinner Tree...and it was always a treat to return to the peace and tranquility of our home away from home.
My wife and I also worked 3 days from "home", the internet never let us down. Each morning started with coffee and a mule deer parade down the road out front, no lie!
We were also able to explore the local Forest Service Roads with our Polaris RZR SxS leaving straight from the house!
The communication with Alison (one of the property owners) was excellent from start to finish. She was responsive to all our inquiries and provided helpful recommendations.
Overall, our stay at this La Pine retreat was nothing short of magical. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty.
