We booked our January stay at this property in September 2024 through Expedia. We received multiple messages from Expedia confirming our reservation. When we arrived at about 8:30pm on our arrival day, there was no office and no apparent means of checking in. We searched our email and had not received any instructions for checking in. We called the contact number twice and left detailed messages and no one returned our calls (they still haven't, two weeks later). We finally went into the adjacent hotel to see if they had any vacancies. They did not, but they said we were the fourth group to inquire at their hotel that day about the property after not being able to check in. We were in town for a large sports tournament and all rooms in every hotel in the area were fully booked, so we ended up having to drive an additional twenty minutes in the opposite direction for a room at twice the price of our reservation, and finally checked in around 11:30pm. We still have no idea what happened, but we strongly discourage anyone from ever booking a reservation with this property because either they have gone out of business, or they simply ignored our reservation and all of our attempts to communicate with them, which is worse. Horrible!
