Apt is great for adults and teens, not suitable for young children.
The property was well maintained and as advertised. It was a challenge to handle our luggage with the stairs up to the apt and again up to bedrooms of the duplex. We were fortunate to have our adult child to do the heavy lifting. It was also an inconvenience that all bathrooms are located upstairs.

We had a bit of a hard time locating the unit, but ince we did, we absolutely loved it. The property manager was responsive and on top of all my queations. This beautifully decorated 2-story condo, with everything very clean, well organized, fit all of us comfortably (6 people).

Beautiful Marina Apartment!!
This apartment overlooking the courtyard at the marina is just perfect! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, and Rosa was the perfect host - providing all of the information we needed to make our stay run smoothly and comfortably. Martina was very helpful and kind, and prepared breakfast with food we picked up at the Market (only steps away). She also successfully helped me get a couple of coffee stains out of my white jeans!
