In La Tranche sur Mer, in the Phare area, pleasant house with its south-facing garden located approximately 300 m from the beach. Comprising a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, 2 with a 140cm bed and 1 with 2 80cm bunk beds. Height less than 1.80 m. Outside, large terrace with a covered part.
Equipment: oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, television. Wireless. garden furniture, cafe. electric, vacuum cleaner... 2 car spaces.
Location approximately 300 m from the beach, and 1.5 km from the town center for all shops,
End of stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Option: end of stay cleaning upon reservation: 100 euros. linen is not provided.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the resort clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season. 1 animal accepted €25.

Super emplacement !

Parfaite maison pour nos vacances, à proximité immédiate de la plage et pas vraiment loin du centre Adresse a conserver ! Tout est parfait, il faudrait juste prendre un ballon d’eau chaude plus grand !
