🏖 It is located in a safe rural area of Porches, Lagoa, a short drive from the beaches of Armação de Pêra, Benagil and the famous Marina de Lagoa Beach. It features fruit trees, a traditional barbecue and a pool with a fenced area, ideal for the safety of children and animals.

NOTE: A deposit of €200 is required before check-in - we will hold the deposit on the credit card (upon arrival or one day before) and it will be released up to 7 days after check-out. Please ensure that you are aware of this refundable deposit before your arrival. The last thing we want is misunderstandings!

The platform does not retain the security deposit and allows us to collect it directly from the guest. This information appears when confirming the booking. Therefore, all bookings must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.

The Lagoa Tourist Tax applies to all guests aged 13 or over who stay overnight in tourist establishments* and local accommodation establishments** in the Municipality of Lagoa, regardless of nationality or residence. The tax is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of seven overnight stays.

* £1 per person per night up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights/person, from the 1st of November to the 31st of March - low season.
* £2 per person per night up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights/person, from the 1st of April to the 31st of October - high season.
