This is a great spot to get away and be in the middle of all that Lake Geneva gets to offer. I love that the rooms have no carpeting. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, accommodated request for extra towels upon arrival. Pizza restaurant on premises. Shower curtain rod set too high (or shower curtain too short) because water gets all over the floor and it's a slipping hazard (I used extra towels to soak up the water)

This was a great stay! The decor was nice and cozy. There were nice sitting areas around the lobby. There is a restaurant on the premises. The indoor pool is small, but a nice option during the cooler seasons. The room nice amenities, microwave, fridge and a bar sink. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel was very quiet and we appreciated the quiet hours rules. This loction was right in the middle of the action and the water view as spectacular.

Great View - Decent Room

We opted for an upper floor lake view room….it made the experience. It was bitter cold out and it was wonderful to be able to hunker down and see the world unfold in the cold. The little electric fireplace was also a nice bonus. We appreciated having and larger apt fridge for our food etc. as well as a basic set of plates and utensils. We were able to do breakfast in our room that way. The king bed, while comfortable was problematic. Every time my partner moved it was like being on an amusement park ride…and so sleeping soundly wasn’t possible. Clearly the room had been redone in the recent past and they did a decent job but not exceptional….Appreciated the walk in shower but the bathroom was small. Would we return??? not out of the question.

I would give this hotel 5 stars except for the parking. We took the last available spot and I really wanted to drive around the area at night to see the Christmas lights but we were almost sure to lose our parking spot so we had to give up our plans. I really wish we could have done that. They should have enough parking for their guests.
