My favorite VRBO!

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at the loft, it was perfect for our family of four. The first day we skied and having the oatmeal bar was amazing in the morning. We were able to have a good warm breakfast before we hit the slopes. The toiletries are wonderful and the little touches are what really make this place shine. The beds are comfortable, tea and coffee selection are unmatched. We will definitely book in the future! My kids didn’t want to leave. Don’t miss the cheese shop downstairs either

Perfect Getaway

The loft was just as advertised and the host was very responsive. The attention to detail was wonderful and very thoughtful. We enjoyed the expresso machine and all that went with it in the mornings. The variety of records & the games they offered was a fun way to enjoy some down time. It was the perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants. (The 2 umbrellas they had were much appreciated on a rainy day). We had a great meal at Oak Fire per their recommendation.

Didn’t want to leave!

We were in Lake Geneva for a family reunion. Our place became the place where we would gather in the evening. Very spacious with wonder “touches” everywhere. Beds comfy, nice kitchen - equipped with espresso maker w/very good directions. A truly wonderful place.

Terrific property

The property is quite impressive. Nicholas’s attention to detail is top-notch—terrific bedding, a nicely furnished kitchen (we made dinner one night), and lovely products in the bathroom. Another bonus is that the property is within walking distance of both downtown and the lake. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

Spectacular Loft to Restore & Relax

What a Remarkable find the New Boutique Inspired Loft, Lake Geneva! This property is Incredible, Chic, and so Cozy. We were mesmerized from the moment we opened the door. Everything is decorated to Perfection with the most unique things, Beautiful yet also very Comfortable. The Wonderful scents throughout, the Luxurious bath soaps, Cozy robes, the Tasty treats, the Quiet nooks to cuddle up in with lots of pillows and throws, the music on the record player to name just a few of the things we Enjoyed. These owners have paid meticulous attention to all details to enhance one’s experience. The Location was Amazing, Free parking behind the loft with a second well lit entrance. Excellent neighborhood! We Enjoyed our time at the local cheese-wine store, Simple restaurant & bakery, liquor store and Tuscan restaurant. Met Wonderful people and had Great service. Main Street was only a few blocks away, everything we needed was within walking distance, the lake, shops, restaurants with no parking hassles. Check in/ Check out was smooth with secure code keypad lock systems. The owner Nicholas, was Extremely Responsive and Helpful. We highly recommend this Lovely & Impeccable home and look forward to staying there again. Thanks Nicholas for making our travels so pleasant. Jan

Perfect weekend getaway from Chicago

Our family was looking for a two night getaway driving distance from Chicago. We found this place on VRBO and were impressed by the pictures online. When we arrived, we were even more impressed in person! The space is so well appointed and has an elevated feel. Tons of natural light but shades on every window for privacy too. High end furniture and fixtures for an upscale vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Less than 10 min walk (with two kids! So even less with adults only) to the main downtown area. We liked being slightly removed because it was quieter at night. Directly above a cheese shop (so cute) and across the street from Simple Cafe, outrageously good breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Immaculately decorated and thoughtfully detailed. Located with a close to downtown and across the street from great restaurants. I would recommend even if the weekend looked like bad weather- because you won’t want to leave the indoors!! Plenty of room to relax.

Luxury short term rental

We travel often and this was hands down the best short term rental we’ve stayed in. Every detail was thought of - the luxurious linens on the beds, high end robes, beautiful design - the owners nailed it. It was the perfect escape for my husband and I for our 24th anniversary. We’re traveling to Italy and Greece in a few weeks and I can only hope our accommodations are as nice as this rental was. Perfection!

Amazing everything!

Our stay was spectacular! The design features of the home are not only beautiful but practical. The owners really thought of everything you’d possibly need when vacationing and made sure to include it and then some! The location is amazing, just a few short blocks from shopping, restaurants and the beach. We had our 1 year old son with us as well and he had room to move around and plenty to keep him busy! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this property, we will definitely be back!

A gem

This place is a five star gem. The attention to detail and comfort by the owners Nicholas and his wife are beyond description. You won't want to leave, an easy two block walk downtown and the lake. Oatmeal bar, premium coffees, large dining room, large living room, french doors. Highly recommend, we will return.

Wow, this is possibly the most aesthetically beautiful home I’ve ever been inside. There are so many things that made this place special: -location: just a few blocks from downtown and across the street from a few great restaurants plus a cheese shop and a bakery -quiet-even though it’s close to all the action, the stay was very quiet. The place is above a cheese shop but we never heard any noise from there-and the cheese was to die for. Gorgeous -design wise every single detail was thought of. from the light switches to the record player each choice was the most beautiful, elegant and tasteful. -accommodating-all the toiletries were top of the line. The linens and towels were soft and the espresso machine was a delight Helpful-the host was quick to respond to an any questions and went above and beyond multiple times. I stayed there with two young kids (4 & 6). They loved it but people with really small kids or babies should be aware there are breakable items so it would require some diligence if you have a toddler.

Best Spot in Lake Geneva!

This was a true staycation that was much needed to recharge. Even though we were walking distance to all that Lake Geneva has to offer, we didn’t want to leave the Upper Half Loft. Our hosts were great, very responsive, and they cut no corners to make this spot perfect for a getaway. Trust me when I say that no detail was overlooked! If you’re in the Lake Geneva area for any amount of time, you have to check this place out! This was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had at any short-term rental. 10/10 recommend.
