We have stayed here in previous years and the property has been maintained with some upgrades taking place. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly and our stay was pleasant. The hotel is within walking distance of London bridge and all that the area has to offer.

The room was filthy. I didnt even want to shower there. There were teens camping outside of our room all day and apparently all night. I didnt feel safe. There were little gnats flying around. Disgusting.

Breakfast was very meager. cereal, toast, coffee, juice, some fruit, waffles, No pastries - no bagels - no eggs - no bacon - no fresh melon - no hash browns - only one flavor of yogurt. Attendant was intrusive and hung over your shoulder as you were preparing your food.

The room is decorated in a simple manner with striking marble appearing tile floors. We like those much more than carpet. The linens are crisp white and the bed was comfortable. The staff we had contact with were very kind and helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

Stinky AC

Stayed on the first floor when we turned on the floor mounted AC the smell was horrible I sprayed cologne in the filter to cover the smell with no success but we where so tired we just went to bed. When we woke the whole room smelled like some one had urinated on the AC the whole room smelled nasty. Will not be staying here ever again.
