Wonderful place!
I recently loss my mother, this trip helped me a lot with the healing, I wrote my journey, I meditated, I felt a lot of peace in my heart, my mom was in Lake Havasu before, she was the reason I did this trip, a week before dying she told me I should come, she was right is gorgeous and the house wonderful.

Great Getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay at Inspiration Point on the lake. Nice and cozy, a great place to get away. Had all the comports of home, has a huge pool and easy access to the lake. Ralph and Laura were great hosts, provided all the essentials and communicated through out our stay. We will definitely make this a yearly tradition!

We had an awesome 3 days here! The location is great. 3 minutes to the marina where we kept our boat. Waking up to the sound of fast boats makes me happy. The unit was perfect for 2 adults. Fully stocked! Nicely furnished. Not one complaint. Would definitely stay again!

Best house to say at in Sam’s Beachcomber
This house is great. Everyone we met has stayed in this house and loved it more than any other rental house in Sam’s. This house is based off of convenience, from the private stairs to the cove, the enormous patio, bbq with plenty of propane, utensils and the cool gold to drive around the property in. It does not get better than this house on lake Havasu. Will definitely book again soon. I highly recommend this house, especially if you have watercraft. Laura was a gracious host, and had fresh cookies waiting for us from a local bakery.

Great little lake house!
Our stay at inspiration point was perfect! The house is very well stocked. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you might need. We truly enjoyed our stay! The view was perfect. Laura answered all my questions before and during our stay.

Memorial Day Escape
This was a wonderful place to soak in the view of Lake Havasu. We enjoyed BBQ every night and watching the sunset. went swimming on the beach below. If you want to relax and have a peace of mind This place is for you!

Ideal accommodations!
Inspiration Point was perfect for our stay at Lake Havasu. Not only was the location exactly what we wanted, the home was CLEAN, very well appointed and super comfortable. All communication with the owner was easy. The community was very friendly. We liked being away from the action but it was close enough to eat some great meals out and see the sites. The best part was the sandy cove just down the steps from the home. We spent most of our time there. We have been in the short term rental industry for over 15 years. The home owners of Inspiration Point know how to create the perfect getaway!

This property is perfect for your stay at Lake Havasu. It comes equipped with everything you need. Laura does an amazing job of communication and making sure your visit meets and exceeds expectations. The rental overlooks a bay which is perfect for keeping your boat overnight. You can easily check on your boat without even getting off the couch. We highly recommend this property for a visit you will truly enjoy!

This place is amazing . To wake up every morning and watch the sunrise was so good for the soul. The most relaxing atmosphere. The place was clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable too. Perfect vacation spot. Host was amazing to work with. We cant wait to go back.

Great little getaway with amazing views
Wonderful place to stay. We rented this home for a special occasion the Cobra Performance Boats regatta and I also proposed to my girlfriend while we were there. This home has a special place in our heart because of our engagement. The owners had great communication. Answered my phone call right away. The views are amazing. We sat on the back porch and watched the sunrise. A/c temp was at a perfect setting. The bed was comfortable. Couch was comfortable. My favorite part of this property and location is a walk path down to the cove that I left my boat in overnight very convenient. Making boating that much more enjoyable. Loved that The kid had his own separate room with his own a/c. Will definitely be renting this home again in the future. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Looks great but needs to feel great too
This is our 3rd summer staying at this home, we almost consider it our "summer home," and we absolutely love the remodel and new layout! But there are some issues, and some are big enough for us to reconsider staying here again. First and most important is the new AC system. I understand for energy saving purposes that a temperature window should be set in place, however being locked to only one single degree was a huge issue and I don’t feel it's right for renters to not be able to adjust the temp at all. All 4 of us woke up sweating every night at some point. And when we'd try to change the thermostat it would just go back to 76 degrees. And when the AC WAS on, it was absolutely freezing air. There was no comfortable medium. During the day it wasn't such an issue but when you're trying to sleep and constantly wake up sweating, it's hugely uncomfortable. The beds are also not comfortable at all. None of us slept great and woke up sore each day. The last issue is more cosmetic - the entire home was remodeled, every single room, including the bathroom, EXCEPT for the shower. It is still the old, dirty looking shower from before. I'm not sure why only that one thing wasn't upgraded because now it just stands out and looks and feels dirty and old compared to the rest of the home. Like I said, we do love the home, and we've stayed many times, but not being able to control our temperature or sleep comfortably at night may be a deal breaker.

Great holiday weekend
Enjoyed our stay. It’s one of the most well appointed vacation homes we have stayed in. Cozy but with a large deck where you spend most of your time anyway. Overlook to the water with the cove just steps away makes this an ideal location in the community. The addition of having the golf cart to use for bringing our belongings to the boat was an extra plus. Thanks again for the use of your home. Will definitely stay again.

Great location
Inspiration Point is perfect. This little slice of heaven is beautiful. The views from the patio are picturesque and the little extras inside are such a nice touch. If you are bringing your boat, this is where I recommend you stay. We parked our boat on the beach and would just walk down the stairs, hop on and take off. I’m looking forward to coming again soon.

Perfect spot to enjoy the lake
This property is perfect for exploring and relaxing at Lake Havasu. The house is on a bay with a beach where you can keep your boat overnight. The view from the house is great to watch the boats on the lake cruise bye yet separate enough to not be in the thick of it. The house provides the perfect spot to enjoy the lake!

This property is amazing. We couldn't be more happier if we stayed somewhere else. Right on the water! We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning over the lake. Calmness and peacefulness to start the day. Everything was great, if my kids didnt argue and bug each other it would have been a perfect stay. The host was amazing and takes pride in her home. We will be renting again

Awesome spot! Loved being able to pull up the Bass boat to the shore walking distance to the house. The house is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Bed is comfortable. Close to everything. Cool community. We would love to return.

Perfect landing spot for a great vacation, wether just for a weekend or a week long stay. Property was well equipped, with all the essentials needed to enjoy our time away.
