Convenient location to stay for skiing Lake Louise or touring around the area. Not much in the way of local amenities but is expected for the area. Buildings/lodges are not connected to the main facility which contains the check-in desk, restaurant, bar, pool & recreation facilities which is a little inconvenient when it’s -28 degrees outside & one wishes to utilize any of the services in the main building. Patio Doors & main doors of the rooms are very drafty especially in winter & below -20 each day & night.

Not too far away from Lake Louise. Stayed for 3 nights. Only downside is that the top loft bathroom showerhead was not designed very well. So it would spray at the face instead of the body. Food in the area is generally expensive. Breakfast was about $32 per person

We had sich a great staying with two small kids in February. Swimming pool was great for kids and us adults. Delicious breakfast at the hotel was great and friendly people working there. Our room was quite, just a bit small. We took standard bed. We would like to come back again

Our room heater was broken. As per the thermostat the heater is off but it was HOT HOT in our room. The tub didn't have a bathmat. Very dangerous. The tub was stained, cold water control is broken. Pillows are smelly. Carpet are stained. I requested a towel arrangement they got back to me and confirmed. But went we arrived there was nothing.

Poor TV channels

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a small room for two queen beds. We barely had any room to move with our ski gear in there. The TV had several channels fail and could not be connected. Near the door it was cold. I wish they could seal all the exterior doors more carefully. That can save so much on energy costs. Otherwise, the people were friendly and the location was excellent with the ski bus picking up near the hotel.
