They had construction going on and I was placed in a room right next to the elevators. The temperature throughout the hotel was too warm. More than anything, the loud construction equipment that was going off two out of the three days that I stayed there was horrible.

Hotel was remodeling and it was extremely noisy in the early mornings. After being woken up by the noise on New Year’s Day and also the second, we asked for late check out. However, the front desk said they dont offer late check out. The people working the front desk were also not friendly. The noise made it extremely difficult to get any rest, and the room was not that clean either.

The room we stayed had dust on the wall. You could see where the housekeeper reached up to but the rest was covered in dust. It looked like around the base of the beds, no one has vacuumed as there was accumulated dust. There is no fridges in the room which sucks for families with small children who are bottle fed. There was a huge gap from the floor to the front door. Anyone who wanted to peep inside, would totally be able to see if they laid outside on the floor. The light from the hallway would make the room bright. I had to put a towel to cover the light.

Pros- location (about 7 minute walk to heavenly gondala), parking was easy (paid parking). Cons- overall the hotel was not very clean. When you enter the main entrance near Wolf restaurant, there were used cigarettes the floor and lots of dirt everywhere. The hotel had a funny smell throughout the building. The rooms were very darkly lit, lots of construction going on currently. The biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi /hot tub was not working. I would not stay here again.

Lights were out in our room. Ice machine didn’t work. Construction was going on without notice. 6 am wake up call from the banging from the construction. 300 rate with 110 dollar resort fee for something that we would have got at a motel 6.

Room is good size and average upgrade; especially I booked with view of lake. However, the room heater is very noise, and keep working never stop; The hotel has $28 daily resort fee (cover low usage internet, local call), plus $20 self-parking fee but not even do basic daily housekeeping (once per 3 days only) it’s over charging;

Property lobby area under construction so it's a mess. Hot tub didn't work the whole stay and outdoor pool was not heated properly. Rooms were nice and recently renovated and location was great but they didn't clean room every day but rather every other.
