The pool was closed which is why we came but we had an even better time making crafts and having a dance party with Finn. It was amazing we had so much fun!!

Customer service was exceptional, they really go above and beyond! Our hotel room (queen bed with bunk beds) was clean and the kids LOVED it!! The weather was cold and rainy, but it didn’t even matter because there are so many indoor activities (indoor pool, character meets, PJ dance parties, movie nights and arts/crafts) going on all day that kept the kids entertained. The staff were so patient and engaging with the little ones. We had a great time!!

Musty smell, sink/shower very slow to drain, bathroom floor gross. Friends had cockroaches in their room and had to leave. The Staff was very friendly and surface areas were clean.

We had a technical issue and requested asssitance. We were told we could wait, go to dinner and be taken care of whenever we returned. When we got back we were told maintenance was no longer available. There was nothing they could do. The room itself wasn’t vacuumed and dust/dirt on ceilings/walls.

It was ok.

It was a little ran down. The walls are thin so if you are in the first floor you hear everything upstairs and next to you. The remotes for the “bunk beds” would turn all the tvs so anytime one kid changes the tv the other had to reset their tv. Curtains had old water stains (mildew) and the door was stuck. The heater blew out cold air regardless of what we set it too. Overall the kids like the idea of it being “cartoon” but other than that not worth the price.

Blinds on the rooms are transparent for some reason so you will need to attach a sheet from the bed in to the window in order to have any privacy. Shower is awkwardly designed as well, which makes you get soaked with either freezing or burning water to adjust it before you get in.

The hotel itself was a great experience but the property quality in the rooms would have been a 5 star if I couldn’t hear word for word the conversations or the guest on both sides of our room. The walls must be paper thin. I woke up early in the morning to a conversation in the room next to ours

The arts and crafts activities are nice to do with the kids. Indoor pool also has a kids pool and hot tub which is amazing for the little ones. There is also a little gaming room in the pool area. Great activity for indoor winter fun. Arcade is a bit small. Most staff were friendly. Bathrooms not the cleanest. Carpet in room and cartoon character pillows and decor needed some extra cleaning. I’d visit again for a quick getaway.
