Maintenance needs to work smarter
For the price of the stay, it was less than stellar at best. At least there’s no deposit required for incidentals but it does come at the cost less quality cleaning and upkeep. Could not control the heater nor AC and impossible to open windows. I was suffocating. Also only select rooms offer Roku so it was a total miss . The TV was defective

This place is close to my mom’s home and it’s cheap. I didn’t expect much. So I booked a room for 2 nights during Christmas. On Christmas Eve I wanted to extend my stay.. so I did… using the expediadia app. I paid and everything was done… or so I thought. This rude older heavy set white woman at the window was soooo rude. She claimed I owed an additional fee because my room was 2 bed instead of one. I explained and showed her there was no price difference when booking. She told me there was and that they don’t charge it until you get to the hotel. I had been staying two nights and this had only become a “thing” when I book a 3rd night. Mind you it was Christmas Eve. So I asked her to provide me with any litterature showing the price difference. Anything on paper that shows what she is saying is correct and the app is wrong. She said “I don’t have to book you reservation do you want it or not, I’ll give you a receipt but I don’t have to provide any thing else in writing”. I was so offended and so angry. I paid it and stayed only because I didn’t want to repack and move hotels. She treated a paying customer this way on Christmas Eve. I wish I had her name. All I have is the description I gave before. She said she was a manager. Beware of this place… especially if you’re looking for (even) bare minimal customer service.
