We werent told when we checked in that we didnt need to pay for parking, so we ended up paying when we didnt have to. We also called for room service and waiting over an hour and had to call back. It was a nice hotel. Room was comfortable. Has everything you needed. Clean, staff was always available with anything you needed. The only thing I didn’t like is the conditioner. Couldn’t open the bottle or get it out of the bottle. They brought a new one and it still didn’t work. My recommendations is outsource a new company with better product. Other than that we had a great experience.
